We couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Zack! As first-time users, we were understandably nervous about how things would go — but Zack put us at ease right from the start. He was incredibly patient and detail-oriented during our initial meeting, which really stood out. We have a timid dog who usually takes a while to warm up to new people, but Zack intuitively knew how to approach her. He took all the right steps to help her feel comfortable, and before we knew it, she was happily heading out on walks with him and having a great time! Whether you’re new to Rover or just looking for someone trustworthy and compassionate, Zack is the one to call.
Gina was so helpful and kind and great for our pup while she was getting used to us not working at home. It was a big change but Gina helped us and Bella get through it! Super respectful, provided check-in info everyday and little notes about how Bella was doing. Couldn’t have been happier with her service!

Madison did drop in visits for our cat during a long weekend - she was reliable, responsive, and thoughtful! Our super shy kitty warmed up to her right away and I was glad to know he was getting some love and attention while we were gone. We would absolutely ask her to come back again.
