With years of hands-on experience caring for cats, I’ve developed a deep understanding of feline behavior, body language, and individual personalities. I believe every cat communicates in its own way, and I take pride in creating a calm, patient, and low-stress environment that helps cats feel safe and understood. My experience includes administering oral medications, insulin injections, and other routine treatments with confidence and compassion. I’m also skilled in monitoring blood glucose levels for diabetic cats and understand the importance of consistency, gentle handling, and close observation when managing their ongoing care. Whether caring for a playful kitten, a shy rescue, or a senior cat with medical needs, I provide attentive, knowledgeable care tailored to each cat’s unique temperament and health requirements. My goal is always to support both the cat’s well-being and the peace of mind of the people who love them.

Heather took care of my cats for five days. She took multiple pictures that showed how well cared for my babies were. I’d definitely recommend Heather for cat care. I know my cats were well fed and loved while I was away.
We just returned from a week's trip out of the country and left Heather "in charge" of our 4-year old lab/golden cross. He is a sensitive soul and I, of course, always worry when I leave him. But I need not worry because Heather is an expert at what she does and very, very compassionate. She gave him good quality time, exercising, and just cuddling as well. She noticed when he was scratching an ear so I could follow up with an ear check upon my return. Healther is terrific about communication and even helped me plan the schedule. I have the utmost confidence in her and highly recommend Heather for your pet. She is a gem!

Heather is a super capable dog sitter who cared for our 2-year old and 3-month old lab/golden cross puppies for a long weekend AND house-sat, as well. She is very knowledgeable about a puppy's development and schedule, which was a godsend. Puppies need a lot of attention and Heather handled all his needs with expertise and care. Heather is a wonderful communicator and was open about her anticipated schedule with the dogs and times she needed to slip away for a bit. She kept us well informed with daily photos and texts and she asked questions, if needed, but did not at all interrupt our away time. Heather went above and beyond, by finishing laundry I'd left halfway done and by laundering the linens from the guest room. We came home to a vacuumed and tidy house, which takes effort with two fur-babies, and even some photos and a sweet note. Heather is an organized, capable, kind, and trustworthy caregiver and we feel lucky to have found her. I highly recommend the "Casselberry Pet Lady." I know our pups would love to see Heather again, and so would I!
Heather has watched my two dachshund pups Frenchie and Chia Marie , they both loved her , especially Frenchie . She is very organized and concise in her duties as caregiver, she is honest and dependable and I would not hesitate to recommend her to Anyone. When the world is chaotic it is nice to know she will take care of ur babies like they were her own.
Heather has a confident and calm demeanor around my dog. This is important to me because my dog has a tendency to push boundaries when we aren’t home. 10/10 recommendation for Heather as your pet sitter 😃

Schedule
Pet care is my focus each day. I have a very flexible schedule that is centered around my clients needs. I enjoy early morning pet visits.
