“Once again, Lexus never disappoints! As soon as I dropped my dog off for his third visit, he made himself right at home. From all the videos and pictures Lexus sends me, I can tell my pup is happy and comfortable during his entire stay. I always get my dog and all his stuff back clean and organized. She is also super attentive to all of his behaviors. My dog had some tummy issues during his stay and Lexus was super accommodating and did not hesitate to provide the extra care that was needed. Kimberly was awesome. She kept us informed about Bella and how she was doing and sent us pictures of our fur baby every day. Bella is a picky eater. Kimberly would hand feed her to encourage her to eat until she became adjusted to her new surroundings and settled in. We can’t say enough good things about Kimberly and Bella’s experience.
