One suggestion for the future would be to proactively send photos and brief updates starting from the first day, even if the owner does not specifically ask. Leaving a pet with someone new can be stressful, and regular communication provides a lot of reassurance. Having to repeatedly ask for photos or updates can sometimes feel uncomfortable, so taking the initiative would make the experience even better and help her continue receiving excellent reviews. Kimberly was awesome. She kept us informed about Bella and how she was doing and sent us pictures of our fur baby every day. Bella is a picky eater. Kimberly would hand feed her to encourage her to eat until she became adjusted to her new surroundings and settled in. We can’t say enough good things about Kimberly and Bella’s experience.
