Highly recommend Kimberly! My dog has never boarded with anyone but family so this was the very first time trying it out. He can be apprehensive in foreign places and with new people he's never met before. He's selective with people. However, on the very first day of meeting her, he showed affection right away with her. Kimberly makes sure to give a really warm welcome, has a cozy home, and truly is so attentive to my dogs needs. He ended up sleeping next to her bedside and receiving morning cuddles in the bed and on the sofa. She made sure to encourage him to eat when he was being picky with the food (which he usually always is) and he managed to eat during his stay. She kept me updated throughout his stay with immediate and very empathetic responses to any concern. Also, it was a pleasure to receive updated photos during his stay😁. Thank you Kimberly!
