Kimberly was awesome. She kept us informed about Bella and how she was doing and sent us pictures of our fur baby every day. Bella is a picky eater. Kimberly would hand feed her to encourage her to eat until she became adjusted to her new surroundings and settled in. We can’t say enough good things about Kimberly and Bella’s experience.
