Daniela was absolutely amazing! From start to finish, she made the entire experience stress-free. She took wonderful care of Chulo and kept me updated with pictures every day, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. Her communication was excellent, and it was obvious that she genuinely cared about him. When Chulo came home, he settled right back into his normal routine, which tells me he was comfortable, happy, and well cared for during his stay.
