“Danielle and Austin were GREAT! This was our first sitting with them for Jamo and he felt so comfortable already. It’s been awhile for outside sitting for our little guy because my dad usually watches him. But dad lives out a little farther so it was nice to find Danielle and Austin so close to us. They provided pic updates on Jamo’s day with the other dogs. Jamo was happy camper when we picked him up. You can tell he was given a lot of love from this very nice family. We’ll be back! About: I have extensive experience with many breeds and special needs dogs. I adopted and raised Paco, a Dutch Shepherd mix dog who passed away at 14 years old in Feb./2025. I nursed and managed him through 2 ACL surgeries since 2020. I also had a Maltese poodle mix, Bella, who has had both eyes removed due to glaucoma. She lived with Paco for six years and passed away at 15 years old in Oct. 2024. I currently live with Zeus, a mixed breed Dutch Shepherd who I adopted in May 2025. He is 4 years old and is very well socialized with people and other dogs. My residence and boarding location is Carlsbad (Garfield St). I have provided services at the Fairmont Grand Del Mar, the Rancho Valencia Resort & Spa, L'Auberge Del Mar, La Valencia Hotel (La Jolla), Estancia La Jolla Hotel & Spa, and the Lodge at Torrey Pines in La Jolla. We are very used to staying outside our home and comfort space and bring all the tools we need to do so safely. Of course if you have any extreme valuables, those should be put away anyway. My son sleeps in a travel crib, which can be setup in a separate room, so your pets will have me all to themselves! Just share a list of commands they know and I’ll practice those too. I can handle any detailed guidelines if needed- not leaving knives in the sink, not dishwashing certain glassware, making sure doors are closed at all times, and always spot clean your home better than my own. I've even been known to do light handy work when asked very nicely! lol.

The outside enclosure is small but completely safe. Laminate floors make it an easy clean up if there are any mishaps. I am a retired nurse who creates art at home. We have been volunteer foster parents for Lab Rescue for several years so have lots of experience caring for various dogs and dog ages. About: Hi! My name is Louise and I am a soon to be Genetic Counselor. I moved out to California about a few years ago from NJ. I have always been a dog lover. When I was still in my undergrad, my dog, Lucy, a border collie/german shepherd mix, stayed with me in my dorm as an emotional support animal. I have helped train her as she has grown up (she's 10 now), teaching her commands such as sit, stay, come, lay down, up, paw, high five, speak, and spin. I've also helped train her to walk off leash.
