I love every dog like my own. I also had cats growing up both indoor and outdoors. I have experience administering medicine as well. About: I have had a dog in my life from the age of 7. Currently I have two dogs who are gentle and used to other dogs. The neighborhood is gated and quiet for daily dog walks. The outside enclosure is small but completely safe. Laminate floors make it an easy clean up if there are any mishaps. I am a retired nurse who creates art at home. Therefore I can attend to your pet with ease. As mentioned above, our patio and outside area is small but safe with six foot fencing . Our dogs have easy access with a medium size screen pet door. If you pet is larger I will be home to let him/her out on a regular basis. Pet care suits my lifestyle as I am a homebody who loves to just hang with my pups while creating art. About: As a big time dog lover, I would love to spend some time taking care of and loving on your fur baby! I have many years of experience with dog ownership, rescue dog fostering, and dog sitting. I also have experience taking care of and training rescue dogs with reactivity or anxiety. I am currently working part-time and have significant capacity to make sure that your pet is well taken care of when you are away. Whether that be providing companionship by relaxing on the couch, or going for a nice long walk or a run at the park or beach. Having used Rover as a dog owner, I know the importance of communication! I will send regular updates with photos of your pup so you know what we are up to and don't have to think twice while you are away. I recently had a long-term foster who I miss dearly, and I would love to have some more dog time in my life. I am currently working in person on Tuesday's and Thursday's and have limited availability those days, but starting in June I will be fully remote and available. I prefer to watch the pet at my home as I have ample space and a big, fenced in backyard for them to play and go potty! I also am open to and have experience with crating dogs for night time or when being left alone if that is prefferred.

I will treat your fur-buddies with so much care and love! I am available to check in on your fur-babies at any time on the day! I take my dog on long enjoyable walks, making sure he gets enough exercise to be resting when I am not at home. I always provide fresh water and feed him twice a day (morning/evening). I do not bring her to any rover jobs, unless you have a dog who would enjoy a playdate and specifically ask about her. Since I’m a dog owner myself, I’m always overly cautious for the pets safety and well-being. Pets are kept close to ensure that their safety is always #1.

About: Growing up with dogs and missing my own, I am looking to help keep dogs happy, healthy and loved by walking, hiking, play and overnights care. My kids and I like to travel and understand how hard traveling can be when you can’t take them with you. I work full time, but will soon be off for the summer. I also have most weekends free and can drop in during my lunch if close to work. I have a great dog park near our place but prefer trails. Dogs that stay with my kids and I will be well loved and treated like family. We are a dog family but aren’t ready for another pup yet. About: I have extensive experience with many breeds and special needs dogs. I adopted and raised Paco, a Dutch Shepherd mix dog who passed away at 14 years old in Feb./2025. I nursed and managed him through 2 ACL surgeries since 2020. I also had a Maltese poodle mix, Bella, who has had both eyes removed due to glaucoma. She lived with Paco for six years and passed away at 15 years old in Oct. 2024. I currently live with Zeus, a mixed breed Dutch Shepherd who I adopted in May 2025. He is 4 years old and is very well socialized with people and other dogs. My residence and boarding location is Carlsbad (Garfield St). I have provided services at the Fairmont Grand Del Mar, the Rancho Valencia Resort & Spa, L'Auberge Del Mar, La Valencia Hotel (La Jolla), Estancia La Jolla Hotel & Spa, and the Lodge at Torrey Pines in La Jolla. Rates: $120 minimum per night UC Irvine MBA / Retired Operations VP I currently take care of of one dog full-time and can board one dog at a time for overnight or day care seven days a week. I have a 600 sq/ft., one bedroom apartment with a fully enclosed and secured outdoor area that is approximately 250 square feet. I use the outdoor area primarily for short term potty breaks, but generally take larger dogs on walks rather than having them go in the outdoor area, to keep this area clean and sanitary.
