Hello! I've been so lucky to have grown up with dogs my entire life, which has given me the opportunity to experience and enjoy all the different quirks and personalities of so many different pups. Whether your dog is young/high energy or more relaxed, I’ll take the time to understand their personality and make sure they feel safe and loved while they're with me. I know some pups daily routine can be super important, especially in a new space. So I’ll follow whatever specific feeding schedules, walking routines, or any special instructions your pup may need. I’m available for overnights, extended sitting, and making sure your dog feels safe and comfy in their own home or mine. I’ll keep you updated with photos and messages so you’ll always know your fur baby is happy and well cared for. My goal is to give you peace of mind and give your dog a safe, loving, and low stress experience. I treat every dog as if they were my own and a part of the family. stars I did give are for the day he showed up. Booked 3 night walks easily and was responsive quickly initially. (I work nights). Colby was great at meet &greet. The first night went fine. Still very communicative and happy to walk with ruckus. The next night just didn't show up, leaving my boy to not have a potty break for 13-14 hours. He didn't cancel or answer messages. Left me in a spot having to drive home the next night to let him out on my break. Had to get a refund from rover. Not sure what happened? A heads up would've been appreciated.
We’re so happy to have found Colby! We are from out of town and we’re looking for reliable care for our puppy and after coming up short with local boarding options, we found Colby. There is always concern when you leave your pet with a stranger but immediately upon meeting Colby, we were confident in our choice. He is friendly, communicative and has a great place for hosting your dog. As excited as our puppy was to see us when picking up, we could tell our puppy didn’t want to leave. Colby had worked for me numerous times. This was a drop-in visit, I've used him for boarding, walks, etc. He's prompt, very friendly and compassionate with my pup. Highly recommend, especially for this current rate!
I don't trust the care of my dog to many people, and I couldn't recommend Colby enough! He is thoughtful, responsible, loving, and most importantly, cares about my pup like she is his own. It puts my mind at ease knowing she is in his care when I am away!

Schedule
I work from home full time, which provides a lot of flexibility for activities and attention to be had. I love to start my day with a walk through the neighborhood in the morning and evening, especially with a new pup companion to keep me company.

We have a large fenced in yard with plenty of room to run around. The yard is notorious for bringing out the zoomies to new pup friends. On the inside there are plenty of couch/comfy beds that allow for great daytime nap options.

A typical day
The neighborhood we live in is great for long or short daily walks depending on the needs of your pup. We are located very close to the beach, which is an option for great fetch and photo opportunities. And to break up the, "working from home" monotony, we usually go down to the neighborhood park to run around and get some sun.

- War Bonnet (Warby for short) is about 12 and a half. He has been around other dogs his entire life. Any time he gets to meet a new friend it is always exciting and welcoming. Any age range is fine with him, he is extremely patient and well trained.
