I'm kind and animals seem to be drawn to me - we become instant friends! Although at this time I am limited to caring for smaller dogs in my home, I've owned Great Danes, a German Shorthair Pointer, an English Springer, and loved them all. Even the neighbors' pit bull mix and foxhound were my dear friends. I adopted a female Shih Tzu mix, Harlee, who was born in August 2019. She is playful but gentle and submissive. My roommate has a Maltipoo, about 18 month-old female, who is active enough for 2 dogs! I am retired so my time is flexible for the benefit of your pet(s).
