About: Dogs have had a special place in my heart ever since my own was rescued on Valentine’s Day after being found tied to a tree. Watching her adjust, gain confidence, and become part of our family made me appreciate how different every dog is. Since then, I’ve loved getting to know each dog’s personality and making sure they feel comfortable and cared for. Whether your dog is staying with me, I’m coming to your home, taking them on a walk, or simply stopping by for a check-in, I’ll follow their routine and give them the attention they deserve. I’ll also keep you updated with pictures and messages so you always know how they’re doing. My goal is for both you and your dog to feel at ease while you’re apart. I’m currently on summer break, so my schedule is very open. During the semester, I’m typically available for boarding after 5:00 PM on weekdays and as early as needed on weekends. If you have a specific time or date in mind, just reach out. I’m always happy to communicate and find a schedule that works for both of us. I provide attentive, consistent care tailored to each pet’s needs and the owner’s instructions. In my home, I maintain a calm and safe environment with regular walks, feeding schedules, and supervised activity. Since I live in an apartment, daily walks are a key part of the routine, and nearby Phoenix Park is where we usually go for exercise and stimulation. I make sure pets get the opportunity to stay active, explore, and release energy in a healthy way. If a dog is social, they may interact with other dogs, but if they are shy or the owner prefers one-on-one time, I always adjust accordingly. In a client’s home, I follow all care instructions closely, including feeding, walking, medication, and routines exactly as directed. I respect the home, keep things clean and organized, and prioritize the pet’s comfort, safety, and normal routine so they feel secure while their owner is away.

About: Let me care for your pup like he or she was my own :) I have been taking care of neighbors' dogs for years and have provided hours of volunteer service at animal shelters. I would love to take care of your furry friend! If your dog has any special needs, I can help administer: -Special diets -Meds -Exercise regiments Please feel free to contact me with any questions about my services, or to schedule a doggie meet and greet Why I love dog sitting I've been a dog lover since I was a kid. Although I didn't grow up with a dog in the house, I always gravitated toward my neighbors' and friends' dogs and cared many of them during vacations. My love for dogs led me to volunteer service at animal shelters during my free time. I would play with them, take them for walks and talk to people about adoption. Thoroughly rewarding experience and helped me get my fix for dogs! When I finally adopted my dog Prima, happiness ensued. My pup is sincerely my best friend and we hang out together all the time. Yet, I still have a hankerin for more dogs! More furry guys running around my house, please! While I'm not ready to adopt another dog yet, I see Rover.com as a great service allowing me to interact with dogs and provide the care I know is vital to each dogs' parents! My experience administering medication Sure! Just tell me the schedule and the best way to get your dog to take their meds. I'm happy to help keep your dog healthy and Pet care is part of my daily routine since I have a 15.5 yr old dog named Prima. I take her on multiple walks a day and feed her before I feed myself. I care for pets in my home by making sure they're well-fed, comfortable, and happy. This includes play time with toys, treats, and of course walks and/or time in the backyard

About: I’ve cared for dogs of all ages and temperaments and currently raise both a senior dog and a puppy, so I understand the different needs each stage requires. I’m comfortable with feeding routines, medication (if needed), walks, crate training, and providing a calm, loving environment. I treat every pet like my own and prioritize safety, communication, and reliability. I have a flexible schedule and prioritize pet care daily since I have dogs of my own. I’m available for weekday mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends for walks or drop-ins. I can also provide boarding whenever it is needed. I provide a structured, safe, and attentive environment. My home has a fully fenced yard and two well-socialized dogs. I supervise all playtime, separate pets when necessary, and follow feeding, medication, and exercise routines carefully. Cleanliness, security, and communication are extremely important to me, and I provide regular updates with photos for peace of mind.
“Danelle was great! She took the best care of my kitten while I was away. She left a detailed follow up after each day and was very communicative with me. I would definitely recommend her and use her services again!”

“Morgan is awesome! Duncan loved her. And I even received pics. Very prompt in all her communication. We were on a tight schedule and she even arrived early. I had total peace of mind he was in the best hands.”

Your pet will accept me as apart of the family! Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine. I work on a project basis with local nonprofits in Atlanta, which gives me a flexible schedule and plenty of time at home. On most days, pets join me for morning walks between 6–8am, followed by feeding and a relaxed environment while I work from home. Walks and check-ins typically occur 2–3 times throughout the day, along with playtime and attention. On days I’m on-site for a project, I maintain the same morning routine before leaving and can return midday for a walk or check-in if needed, with evenings fully dedicated to pet care. 🐾 I provide a safe, comfortable, and engaging environment tailored to each pet’s routine. In my home, pets can roam freely, relax on furniture, and enjoy regular walks, playtime, and attention. Crating is only used if part of their normal routine. For in-home visits, I follow all care instructions closely and respect your space to ensure your pet stays comfortable and stress-free. 🐾
“Jill is amazing. We had so much anxiety about leaving our cats with a sitter for the first time. Jill was extremely helpful with communication and making sure we were comfortable before we left. Jill is the kind of person that you feel as if you can trust them intrinsically. She just gives off good vibes and clearly loves animals. She was amazing with our cats and was extremely active with communication. It was exactly what we were looking for. I would recommend Jill with the highest amount of faith that she will do an amazing job.”

“Sarah is a great sitter! I have booked her a few times and she has been great with Georgia each time! Today, she picked up pieces of a box and grass pee pad that Georgia destroyed before she got there. It was greatly appreciated :)”

“Oladapo was the best! This was my first time using Rover and he made it an exceptionally smooth experience. My boy Shabba was well taken care of! I’ll definitely use his services again.”

“Stacie took excellent care of my older (and sometimes grumpy) girl but she didn’t give up! Lots of communication and photos that made me feel at ease while I was away. Stacie is wonderful and super trustworthy!”
About: As a dedicated pet caregiver, I treat every pet like they’re part of my own family. I understand that leaving your furry friend with someone else requires trust, which is why I focus on providing reliable care, plenty of attention, and regular updates for peace of mind. What sets me apart is my genuine love for animals and my commitment to making each pet feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. Whether it’s playtime, walks, cuddles, or sticking to their routine, I’ll make sure your pet receives personalized care every step of the way. I also have no problems with commuting as I have my own car, so distance isn’t an issue for me. Right now I’m working freelance for myself so my schedule is open caring for your fur baby. I’m up for discussing a personalized regular walk or sit schedule as well! Right now I’m moving from an apartment back into a home (I’ll be done with that moving process by mid July) with adequate yard space to run around for exercise. I would make sure they would get plenty of outside and play time before bedtime with adequate potty breaks as well. For pet sitting in your home; I’d take on care as closely as I could to how you do things on the regular!
“Chloe was super communicative and send pictures of my fur baby! Would definitely recommend. I always worry about leaving my baby and it’s so comforting when I find good people on here.”

Meredith saved the day ! She was wonderful with Otto! He is new to me and still adjusting, so I was a little nervous, but she was patient, kind, and very understanding. She also came through last minute because of my awful planning, which I appreciated so much. She kept me updated and made me feel a lot better knowing Otto was being cared for. I really appreciated how gentle and attentive she was with him, and I would absolutely book with her again.

Cabby did a fantastic job with our dog, Ellie. She watched her over 4th of July weekend which is a tough weekend for Ellie due to fireworks. Cabby was incredibly patient with Ellie and sent frequent updates so we knew she was doing OK. Highly recommend Cabby for your dog watching needs!

Lauren was so sweet and attentive to our anxious senior Daisy. She took lots of pictures, messaged us with lots of details and was responsive to every text. Daisy also warmed up to her very quickly. Would definitely love to have Lauren take care of our girl any day.

Riley has been so great. My dog is usually a little nervous around new people. Because of that, I booked a couple of drop-in visits while I was home before a trip so that my dog could get more familiar with Riley before a house sitting stay. Turns out, that might not have been needed since my dog immediately seemed at ease around her! Still glad we did them though because it's so much easier to relax and enjoy a vacation when you're not constantly worried about your pup back home 😄

Misty is hands down the absolutely best dog walker and pet sitter I have ever met. She is not only attentive to my boy’s needs but she goes the extra mile every time to make sure he feels comfortable, loved and very very safe. As someone who has a large breed anxious dog, she does a wonderful job working with him and making sure he feels comfortable with every walk and interaction. Shelby adores Misty and as a dog who takes a while to warm up to people, Misty’s warm and determined personality and care has won his over within a couple of hours. She always makes sure to send a bunch of photos to let me know that Shelby is okay when I am out of town. I have yet to meet another more dependable and caring pet sitter. I couldn’t recommend Misty enough and if I had the option to give her 10 stars on Rover I 2000% would!!

Paola helped us with our two dogs Remi and Rahmi and our cat Ruby last week and she was attentive, caring and wonderful! We look forward to rebooking with her for future needs and are very grateful to have found such a kind caregiver for our beloved babies. Thank you Paola for your thoughtful and compassionate communication.

We had an amazing experience Kayla during the week she spent with our dogs, Cookie and Bella. From the moment we left, we felt completely at ease knowing our pups were in such caring and capable hands. She kept us updated with photos and messages, gave Cookie and Bella plenty of attention, exercise, and affection, and treated them like family. When we returned home, both dogs were happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Kayla to anyone looking for a trustworthy, loving dog sitter. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of Cookie and Bella!

Julianne was great! I had to find a drop in last minute because my usual dog sitter couldn’t board my dogs. She was so responsive and followed all the directions I gave her. I get super anxious about my dogs, but she definitely helped ease my mind. I would gladly book her again!

Andrea stopped in and checked on my dogs while we were out of town for a day trip. It was so nice knowing they were in such great hands while we were out of the house all day. She was very communicative and sent pics of the girls and any questions she may have had.

Morgan was so great! I booked her to help with my dog and my mom’s dog for my wedding which was a little unconventional and she was such a trooper and so helpful. She made my day stress free and brought my dog to the my wedding so she could be part of the ceremony! I will forever be grateful to her!! She’s amazing

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.
To find sitters in Atlanta with recurring or weekly availability, select "Repeat Weekly" and which days you’d like them to care for your pet.
