Drop-off and pick-up were hassle free, got help unloading and loading of his supplies and crate, and felt secure with the environment he would be in while I was gone. She had a hard time adjusting at first, but he handled her with patience and care. He understood her needs and made sure she felt comfortable and safe. “Chasity and her husband Dan were amazing for Benny while I travelled for a few days. I had been on the hunt for a new dog sitter since moving back ITP. After a daycare visit, I felt comfortable moving forward with an overnight visit. Chasity and Dan sent frequent updates and photos/videos. When I picked Benny up, you could tell he was well taken care of. In fact, I don’t think he was ready to be picked up LOL! I will continue to use this couple as long as they provide services. “My puppy returned happy from her weekend with Nora. Nora welcomed my puppy into her home and made her feel calm. She sent me a couple of videos of my puppy every day and returned in perfect conditions all the stuff I gave her (toys, rags, plates, etc). My puppy played a lot, which I am thankful for! “So this is my first REAL time using ROVER and if all the sitters are like Oladapo then Rover is gonna make a ton of money. Oladapo was kind, accommodating, flexible and made me not feel horrible that I was leaving my dog to go on vacation because he was gonna love on my dog the same way I do. The pictures and video he gave me while I was away definitely helped. This guy is the definition of SERVICE WITH A SMILE. He picked up my crate and food and leash from my car and carried it to his apartment and I didmt lift a finger. She even had her space set up to accommodate cats. I could tell how comfortable he was when I picked him up. She was communicative and so sweet. I would highly recommend!

I cannot recommend Jordan enough! I rescued my dog, Chewie, just a month ago, and because we are still right in the middle of training and settling in, I was incredibly anxious about having to leave him for a company retreat that's been scheduled for months. Jordan completely eased my mind. She took amazing care of Chewie, keeping him busy, entertained, loved, and thoroughly cared for. Her home is fantastic and provided the perfect setup for Chewie to burn off his energy and get his zoomies out. Plus, he had a wonderful time hanging out with her dog, Winston! I could instantly tell how well taken care of he was by how happy and relaxed he was when I came to pick him up. Jordan is an absolute professional and a genuinely caring sitter.
Deanna made us feel comfortable leaving our Ollie from drop off to pick up. We instantly knew she had experience doing this and that Ollie was in good hands. She kept us updated with pictures the whole time. When we picked up Ollie we could just tell he had the time of his life. We will definitely be using Deanna in the future.
So happy with Jennifer and Nick! I needed someone last minute who could administer medicine and take care of my poor baby in a cone while an injury healed and i had to go on a work trip. They were so good with her and extremely communicative (They sent like, 60 pictures in less than 24 hours). Their backyard is amazing and the location is very convenient to the airport. My plans kept changing and they had no issues with that - were super flexible! They also both work from their house so my pup was rarely alone. To top it off they gave her a free bath and a presh little goody bag when i picked her up. All in all big fan and I will definitely be using them again.

Andrea was a great sitter for our senior dog! She kept in contact and communicated well with any issues or concerns she had. I appreciated the honesty and upfront communication. We worked together to make sure his stay was comfortable. I was concerned about how he adjusted to the stay, and how it affected Andrea, but we worked out concerns well! Overall, she was great, and I recommend her for her care and concern. I felt that my old man was in good hands and that she cared for him (almost) as well as I do! :-)
I absolutely think the world of Patricia and Mike. I don't travel often, but when I do, I am very comforted leaving my dog Charlie with them. Patricia is great with communication and gives me updates on how he is doing with video. I truly appreciate their love for dogs.
