Your Pitties Favorite Auntie!

Whether your dog child is quirky, sassy, or shy I'll be sure to love them :-) I've had many fun and crazy pups my whole life and have cared for animals from goats to Alpaca's!! Recently, I lost my sassy pitty girl, Arya, and she was by her preference, and only child. This has left me with an empty house, and a lot of love to give! I have a huge love for and a big comfortability with bully breeds, and have had them as long as I've had dogs. My job leaves my schedule very flexible and I often work from home or can drop in and out frequently. Because of having my own animals for so long and dog / cat sitting, I feel I have a solid intuition to understand different personality types across dogs and had my own pets for over 20 years, some that I raised from a very young age. While my previous pup was was vocal about her needs :), I know some are not, and I will pay close attention and do whatever I can to help them feel comfortable when you are gone. In other words, I treat dogs like people and care about their comfort. One of my highest joys is being with animals and I can't wait to meet you and yours. Also.... I do drop ins for cats but due to allergies cannot do overnights :(

Brielle was incredible! My dog was immediately comfortable with her, and she went out of her way to make sure our dog’s first stay with her was perfect. She’s an excellent communicator and gave us plenty of updates on how she was doing. I never had any concerns the whole timeand I would absolutely leave her with Brielle again.

Brielle was absolutely incredible! Our dog stayed at her home and was so well cared for the entire time. She was amazing with our anxious pup and made her feel comfortable, safe, and loved from the start. It’s clear how much she genuinely cares, and our dog absolutely loves her. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience—highly recommend!

Brielle was awesome and our dog LuLu had a great stay! From the very first time Brielle first met our dog, she took the time to learn her routines, quirks, and walk mannerisms to make sure Lu was comfortable and happy. She regularly sent updates, photos and encouraged us to reach out whenever we felt that itch to check in on how our dog was doing. We don’t leave our dog often, so her commitment and enthusiasm to keeping us updated was a huge comfort, and removed one of the major stressors about going out of town. We truly feel like we found our dog’s new home away from home!

Brielle is AMAZING!! She’s been so flexible with crazy drop & changing pick up times based on my work travel. And Lebowski runs right into her house like his whenever we get there. I highly recommend ⭐️

Schedule

I have an extremely flexible job that allows me to work from home most days or drop in and out between commitments. That means your pup gets lots of attention, walks, and love throughout the day. The only exception is if your dog truly needs someone home every single hour or has extensive separation anxiety. If that’s the case, I may not be the best fit because of my active lifestyle, but I’ll be honest about that upfront so you can find the right sitter.

Safety, trust & environment

Fully fenced backyard and a safe, regular walking route for long or short walks. Plenty of space for dog beds, toys, and crate setups if needed. (please bring a crate if your dog requires one, or may be most comfortable in one for safety, quiet time, etc) Cozy couch cuddles or quiet corners for independent nappers. No other pets in the home. Perfect for shy pups or dogs who need a calmer environment. Option for neighborhood doggie playdates if your pup enjoys social time.I focus on trying to make sure they feel comfortable and give your pup cuddle time on the couch and a solid peaceful nightime routine, or car rides and outings to the coffee shop, if they like those. Happy to customize the routine to your pups personality!

A typical day

I start my mornings with coffee on the porch or couch, cuddle time and breakfast for your pup. If they like to sleep in, that’s perfectly fine too. :) Depending on the weather, we’ll go for a morning or afternoon walk when it’s not too hot, or play in the backyard. On slower days, your dog may join me for an easy outing to a dog-friendly spot for some extra excitement. Typically, I’ll step out in the morning or afternoon for errands, emails, or client work, and return midday or late afternoon. Then it’s quality time together before I head out for a workout or to meet a friend. Then the nighttime/ bedtime routine. Most days follow this rhythm, and if I know I’ll have a longer day out, I’ll plan ahead with you so your pup’s routine still feels stable and cared for. My community of friends are all animal lovers and many are involved in rescue. They’re fluent in doggy habits and needs, so your pup will be always surrounded by respect, patience, and lots of love by all they may come in contact with.

I really value honesty and candor. I want to know not just how you treat your dog at home, but also their unique quirks and special needs. Every dog has them! Please share openly about: Separation anxiety (mild to severe) Assertive or aggressive tendencies (or even potential signs) Chewing, counter-surfing, or eating things they shouldn’t Storm or sleep sensitivities Medication schedules and routines The more I know, the better I can care for your pup, and if I’m not the right fit, I’ll let you know honestly so they can find the sitter who’s best for them. My goal is always your dog’s safety, comfort, and happiness.
