“Before we even go to Atlanta, we knew Beth was going to be the best. Her communication was thorough, positive and upbeat. When we arrived, she and her partner greeted us with big smiles and Watson could sense he was about to have a great time. Hope provided daily updates exactly when she told us she would. Watson was practically smiling in every picture. He made some new puppy friends as he ran around Hope’s spacious backyard. Thank you, Hope, for taking such great care of Watson. We didn’t worry one bit while he was with you. And if we ever are back in Atlanta, you know we will be stopping by. ❤️”

About: I genuinely love animals and have experience caring for a variety of pets including dogs, cats, reptiles, guinea pigs, and other small animals. I understand that every pet has their own personality and needs, and I always take the time to make them feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. Whether it's feeding, walking, playtime, cleaning, or simply keeping them company, I treat every pet with patience, attention, and care as if they were my own. I’m comfortable following specific routines and instructions to make sure your pet stays happy and stress-free while you're away. I currently work from home which allows me to provide consistent, attentive, and personalized care. I have plenty of time to give pets love, play, and regular updates. I have a spacious, secure three-story townhome and access to backyard space as well as a private neighborhood dog park, providing a safe and enriching environment for pets.
“Our pup spent the holidays with Ayelet and had a blast! As usual, she was extremely responsive and took great care of him, and we look forward to his next stay with her.”

“Lauren was such a great host to Arnold. Kept us updated and sent pics and gave Arnold a little vacation! He clearly had a great time and Lauren was accommodating and wonderful.”

“Jennifer was amazing! She was incredibly attentive and kept me updated every single day with pictures of Milo, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. She was also very flexible and understanding with my travel plans, and I really appreciated how easy she was to communicate with throughout the entire stay. It was clear that Milo was well cared for and in great hands. I would absolutely trust Jennifer to watch him again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and thoughtful sitter!”

“Shea and Brandon are awesome. Took great care of Henry. Send awesome pictures and videos showing Henry at play giving me confidence he was comfortable there.”

“Kamron took excellent care of our cat while we were away during the summer. He shared regular updates and ensured that Vera was cared for and loved. We could peacefully enjoy our trip knowing that Kamron was taking care of Vera”

“We felt very comfortable leaving our little dachshund with Luis, and we came back after 6 days to a happy and healthy girl. Luis was great with communication and photos while we were away and missing our dog. Thanks Luis!!”

“Antonio took wonderful care of my dog, Lucy — even on short notice! He kept me updated throughout her stay with messages and photos, and his communication was always quick and friendly. Lucy had a great time, and I’d definitely book with him again or recommend him to anyone looking for someone reliable to care for their pet.”

“Kelsey is amazing! She treated River like her own and kept me updated during their time together. I’ll definitely be rebooking the next time I need a sitter. Thank you again Kelsey!”

“Jasmine and Christopher were amazing. They were very communicative and sent numerous updates, pictures, and videos. They seemed genuinely happy to take care of Bayani, and I felt very comfortable leaving him with them. Bayani looked so happy during his stay. I would not hesitate to book with them again. Five stars.”

About: I've taken care of dogs and cats (often at the same time) since I was old enough to hold the leash and walk with one of my childhood family pups Hershey on my own. My spouse (Paroma) and I have fostered and rescued dogs and cats of all ages and sizes -- from rambunctious puppies and kittens to senior fospice (foster hospice) cats and dogs -- since 2018. We currently have a Pitty-mix (Mako) our long-legged Jack Russell terrier/Chihuahua/Corgi (Boris) and a sweet orange cat named Cathulu (or Cat, for short). Our animal care philosophy is simple: when your animal is with us, I (we) ensure they know they're loved, well-fed, and have plenty of play time, walks, and/or good company, no matter where they are. I am currently available for full time dog/cat sitting (our house boarding or in your house overnights), in-house/apartment visits, walks, play time, or anything besides certified training and grooming. I am available all seven calendar days in the week. I have a fenced yard, two sweet dogs and a cat to keep your creature company. If your dog or cat prefers their own space, I will absolutely ensure they have it in our home. When we schedule an appointment, I will gladly schedule a complimentary "meet and greet" for your pet(s) and I to get to know each other. During our "meet and greet," I'll ask you all of the questions related to your lovely pet's care. No "special need" or "quirk" will surprise me, so please feel free to share anything and everything with me as we meet and greet. I would be honored to take care of your sweet pet. They're family: they deserved to be treated like it.
“Highly recommend Jacquelyn! My dog looked so comfortable, happy, and well cared for the entire time. The updates were funny and always brought a smile to my face, and it was clear he was treated like family. Would rebook again!”

“Our girls always have the best time with Sandrine! She is very trustworthy, kind, communicative and takes such good care of our pups. She also sends the most lovely photos! Our girl required nightly medication and Sandrine was wonderful to give it right on time and to let us know it was given. We felt total peace of mind having them with her!”

“Julia was great and helped Ino come out of her shell! She is an anxious dog that requires a little extra TLC and Julia was able to make Ino feel right at home. It was such a relief to know she was in good hands!”

Josh was so wonderful! He took the time to make sure everyone was comfortable, let our dog meet all the dogs that would be present when she was there. He has a great fenced in yard they can play in, and he sent videos and pictures throughout her stay letting me know she was having fun. Would definitely rebook!!

We are so thankful for finding Kathleen and now will only be using her for our boarding needs! She was so sweet and incredibly easy to book with, we had a meet and greet beforehand to ensure our dog would be comfortable and safe at her home. She is clearly very experienced with caring for dogs and really loves what she does! Drop off and pick up was a breeze and we received consistent updates with adorable photos of our baby so we knew he was having a great time, which then allowed us to truly be able to relax and enjoy our vacation!

Fantastic! I was hoping to have her meet my girl before spending the weekend with Lyndley just because I know Rina can be very fearful, but I don't even think Rina needed it! I got pictures of walks and relaxing throughout the weekend while I was gone. I'll be using her again when I'm out of town!

Clarissa was HEAVEN Sent! She came through after another Sitter, didn’t show up. She was very responsive and sent many photos while I was gone. Made me feel extremely comfortable leaving my cat Benz w/her. I would definitely recommend her & will book w/her again. Thank you so much again Clarissa :)

We have a new favorite place for Lewis to stay when we can’t take him with us. Being gone for over two weeks, it could have been easy to worry about him. We felt confident that he was well taken care of the entire time! Having him with a family was a perfect option for us.

Erica was wonderful. Our cats were cuddled with and played with. She got litter for us because our persnickety cat is particular about scent. And she was very patient when one of our cats, who was ikely anxious about being elsewhere threw up a lot. Erica was also very communicative, so we knew the animals were very well cared for.

Joselyn was amazing! You can really tell she enjoys being around dogs and caring for them. Don’t be scared off by the low rating previously. I was in a pinch and needed a sitter and I’m glad I gave her a chance. She told me that was because of a miscommunication from the customer end about timings which I don’t think was her fault and she has been penalized for ever since because of it being an early review. She was one of the most communicative sitters I’ve had. Constantly keeping me in the loop and updating me. . I’m glad I believed her because my dog came back smiling, happy, and she kept us updated with lots of pictures along the way. I will definitely be leaving my pup with her again!

Our dog Lyra had another amazing stay with Elisabeth! Our dog stayed for about 1.5 weeks and had a wonderful time cuddling, playing, and going for walks. Elisabeth is very capable and attentive to detail - I trust her entirely with the care of our girl, who can be a bit anxious. Elisabeth administered meds, ran out to the store when they ran out of food, and sent us lots of updates and photos. Elisabeth and her husband are basically our dog's other parents now. :D We will be working with her again next time we need a sitter!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in GA ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies. Cats may be required to have Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis and Rabies up to date.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
Emergency support is available by phone or email in English 24/7. When an incident occurs, we recommend that sitters contact our Trust & Safety team immediately so that they can connect your sitter with a board-certified veterinarian or offer other resources to help.
If a sitter needs to cancel at the last minute, Rover’s reservation protection means our team will work with you to find a suitable replacement as quickly as possible.
