My dog can't be around other animals or kenneled/locked in rooms so I have been hesitant to board him, but Jalissa completely put my mind at ease. Ericka is quite wonderful - she watched our frenchie Cosmo while my wife and were out of town for a long weekend. Her place is perfect for dogs and she has an awesome fenced-in back yard. She sent great updates every day with hilarious pictures and videos. She took excellent care of our little gremlin and was very mindful of his outdoor time in the heat, which we really appreciated. We highly recommend Ericka to watch anyone’s pet, and we hope she can watch Cosmo again in the future if she’ll have him (even though he’s worthless when it comes to helping out with the yard work, ha!).

My cat has never been boarded before, so I was a little anxious about using Rover for the first time. I booked with Erica to board my cat for about 5 days. I could not have chosen a better person! Erica is so sweet, communicative, and wonderful with cats! She was super patient and understanding with my cat as he adjusted to boarding. I got regular updates with cute videos and pictures of my cat playing and relaxing! She was also very helpful during the drop-off and pick up process! I was able to breathe while being out of town knowing that Erica was taking the best care of my cat! She really got to know my cat: how he likes to eat, play, and be pet. Audrey is great! A certified pup lover and wonderful care taker, who goes above and beyond to make sure our dog is comfortable and keeping up with training. This is the second time she’s watched our teen dog Pepper, and she always does a great job. She sends plenty of photos and keeps us up to date with how Pepper’s feeling. This time Audrey even went out of her way to purchase and feed her food that would feel better on an upset tummy. This time was an extended stay (over a week), which required a hand off to my mother who was watching Pepper for a few days and the handoff was seamless. I know Pepper is in good hands with Audrey and I highly recommend her!
This was our first experience boarding our mini Bernadoodle, Alfi. From the initial meet and greet we felt Alfi would be in good hands and have an environment like home - no crate, large yard to run in, and plenty of pets. We received updates a few times a day and saw him playing, chilling, and just overall loving his new friends. Alfi will definitely board with Josh in the future.
Kristen was awesome with our little fur baby. We were a little bit nervous as this is the longest stay we’ve ever booked on rover, but Kristen did a great job making sure Gypsy felt at home.
