“Overall one of the best sitter experiences ever on and off Rover. Great communication driven by Erica and Andrew regarding Tory’s normal routine and lots of great questions around expectations ahead of time. They were very accommodating with my early 7-7:30am drop off and 8pm+ late pick up times due to my flight times. I appreciated the update 5 mins after drop off on Tory’s status settling in, this gave me peace of mind as I was traveling to the airport. Also appreciated all of the picture updates throughout the stay and updates on whether she ate (Tory is usually anxious and does not eat when traveling) or went to the bathroom. Already rebooked for my next trip!”

They came to the house to do a meet and greet, and then they picked him up and dropped him off (because we were out of town and shuffling pet sitting among a neighbor and Carolyn). “Zandra is such sweet lady, lives in a wonderful area, and took terrific care of Pebbles. It usually takes Pebbles a couple days before she will eat when away from home, however, with Zandra she ate almost immediately due to her comfort. This was our first time having Zandra dog sit, and I will certainly reach out to her first from now on.”
