She kept me updated daily with messages and pictures of his activities, and it was clear that Frankie was happy, relaxed, and truly enjoying himself — he looked like he was right at home. What meant the most to me was her kindness and flexibility during a very stressful time for me. I am currently in the hospital recovering from back surgery, and at the last minute my doctor told me I needed to stay another night. I reached out to Lori hoping it wouldn’t be a problem, and she immediately reassured me not to worry and that Frankie was perfectly fine staying another night. That simple kindness gave me so much peace of mind while I’m here recovering. Lori has been so attentive and loving with him — honestly, she spoiled him! It means the world to know that Frankie is being cared for and shown the same love and attention that I give him at home. I am incredibly grateful for Lori.
