“Justice and Kristian did a good job sitting for my dog . They texted and keep me updated on my baby and when we went to pick up and drop off . The family was very friendly and my dog was happy playing with the other dogs . I will definitely use them again”

“I’m a repeat customer, and Miss LeKesha handles and takes great care of my pup. I had a flight that got delayed and she was very understanding about the situation. She’s one that is highly recommended!!”

“I am so happy I found Ashley!! She was very professional, accommodating and an expert in canine care. We left our two dogs for nearly a week with her and everyday she sent videos and/or messages regarding thier status. My pups were definitely in good hands!! They looked like they were having a ball everyday. I highly recommend Ashley!! She is now my go to dogsitter for future trips!!”

“Love her services. This was my first time using this service and she definitely made sure I was updated with my dog and sent plenty of pictures to make me feel comfortable. Also she was every understanding when my flight got delayed and she was very accommodating”

“I knew from the first moment we met that Anais was going to be just the energy Dolly needed to watch her: calming, knowledgeable, took instructions seriously, etc. When it was time to pick up Dolly she wanted to stay with her and wouldn’t get in the car! I will be inquiring about her schedule again very soon as I travel abroad for work a few times a year.”
“Samoné is a great sitter. My dog Zora loves her and get excited every time i drop her off. They go on walks and play a lot. Samoné is really good about sending pictures throughout her stay too which helps when i’m missing her. I would recommend Samoné for your dogs next trip away from home.”

“As usual, Ms. Mary is an all star. She has had my back through many last minute emergencies this past year. She is a very good dog sitter as well as an amazing person. 😄”

“Courtney was nothing short of AMAZING. While boarding w/Courtney she provided daily photos and updates. She constantly reassured me that my pup was in good hands and she surely was! Courtney is a great boarder/sitter and we would definitely book with her again!”

“Let me start off by saying that Glenn was an absolute lifesaver! I had an emergency that came up and I had to fly home (I am an OTR truck driver) to Las Vegas and it was too much to take Frankie with me. I contacted Glenn, he responded quickly and agreed to care for Frankie that same day! He was so accommodating and he even came to pick up Frank since I was in a semi truck! He sent me updates, pictures and messages the entire 2 days I was away! If I am ever in need of a sitter in the ATL area, Glenn will be the one and only person I reach out to!”

“Berniceaa took good care of Max. He was so happy and cheerful when we picked him up, also his gift bag was greatly appreciated. I will definitely use Berniceaa's services again! Ms. Thomas”

“This was the 2nd time Kourtnie kept Koby and not only was she patient with him, she kept us informed of his progress while his parents were away. She took really great care of him and I could tell that he also enjoyed being with her. I’m would highly recommend her services!”

About: I’ve taken care of animals since I was a kid, I love animals like they’re my own babies lol I also worked in a doggie day care center for 5 years I work from home so your babies will have my full attention and availability! We will be able to go outside and enjoy as many walks as they like! I have a fenced in back yard and I also have a gated area inside with a lot of space for them to play and be comfortable, they can also relax in one of our crates if they prefer more solitude.
About: Hi! I'm a stay-at-home mom with a house full of love (and fur). We share our home with two pups, a cat (& a toddler), so I'm comfortable with several animals in my home at once 😄. With managing a busy home juggling everyone's routines (pups, cat, kiddo, and daddy's night shift all included), I've gotten pretty good at patience, consistency, and keeping balance between different temperaments. I have a pup with allergies — special diet, skin care, allergy meds — so if your pup has specific needs (like that or otherwise), no worries here. Your pup will get regular walks, playtime, and plenty of snuggles (if they want) while they are here for their Pup Sleepover or Playdate. I'm home most days, flexible, and happy to send photo updates so you can see your pup is happy and well cared for. I am a SAHM so my schedule is relatively flexible. Im available most days (including weekends) and some holidays. Kiddo's naptime is 1pm-3pm but can be shifted for pickups/drop-offs if necessary. I prefer pickups/ drop-offs to between 8am and 7pm so they don't interfere with the kiddo's nighttime schedule. I live on two acres on a dead end street (not currently fenced in but looking to remedy this soon). so there is plenty of space to roam and walk or play well away from the street. I also live close to a dog park that I frequent and would be more than willing to take your pup there for some fenced in running around :) I have 2 very dog friendly fur babies of my own so your pup(s) would always have another doggo to pal around with. But if socialization is hard for your pup I can accommodate that as well.
About: Animals have always been an important part of my life. I’ve cared for dogs and cats of different breeds, sizes, and personalities, including pets belonging to family, friends, and neighbors. I understand that every pet has unique needs, and I take the time to provide personalized attention, exercise, playtime, feeding, and companionship. I pride myself on being dependable, patient, attentive, and communicative so pet parents can feel confident their pets are in caring hands. I have a flexible schedule that allows me to dedicate quality time and attention to the pets in my care. Whether your pet needs walks, playtime, feeding, medication reminders, companionship, or overnight care, I strive to maintain their normal routine and provide consistent, reliable care. I respond promptly to messages and provide regular updates, photos, and videos so you can have peace of mind while you’re away. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I carefully follow all care instructions, maintain a clean and secure environment, and pay close attention to each pet’s behavior and needs. I take time to build trust with every animal, ensure they receive plenty of supervision, and provide updates throughout their stay. I treat every pet as if they were my own and work hard to create a calm, loving experience.
“A key test of a sitter is how a dog responds to the second visit. Luna sat patiently at Krystene's front door while I walked back to get her things for the visit...once the door was open, Luna trotted in, found her spot and laid down. That's a dog approved sitter.”

“Ms Denise was absolutely wonderful with my fur baby, she sent pictures throughout her stay to insure me that my baby was fine in her care, I truly appreciate the care she showed my fur baby.”

The median cost per night for pet boarding in Jonesboro is $45
Pet parents share their Rover experiences - Jonesboro
Emily is and has always been the best sitter for my fur baby. King loves and know when we turn on her street as he gets super excited. I can always leave him and have no worries at all. He’s worn out when I pick him up and I love it. Thank you Emily for all you do and I would recommend you without hesitation.

I felt very comfortable leaving my new puppy with Ms. Loleatha. She kept me up-to-date by sending me several pictures during my puppy's stay. In addition, she was very responsive to any questions I asked. Lastly, when I picked up my puppy, she gave me a gift for the dog. I thought that that was a very kind gesture. You can tell that she enjoys taking care of dogs. I will definitely be using her services again. Thank you so very much Ms. Loleatha!❤️❤️❤️

We absolutely LOVE Janet, as there’s not enough words in the English dictionary to describe her and how Blessed we were to find her. The meet and greet was an instant for us and our pup. It was like we had known her all of our lives. Our baby has never been caged and the fact that he is in her home with her pups is another plus. Never had such peace of mind leaving him while on vacation. We will be using her in the future for as long as she allows us to.

Shanique was so kind and nice. I told her how nervous I was leaving my dog due to a previous terrible experience using Rover, she reassure me multiple time that my dog was in good hands. While away it was my doggy’s bday and she made sure to celebrate it making him feel special and celebrated with his new doggy friends. She was always updating me with pictures. I highly recommend and I will definitely be booking with her again. My dog was so happy before, during and after. Showing that he was well taken care of

My first time using Rover was a grand experience thanks to Finesse. She was prompt for the booking and responded to my inquiries. She sent photos and videos of my pet. I was able to enjoy my trip will my fur baby was kindly cared for by Finesse. I recommend booking Finesse because I had a peace a mind the entire time away.

Jaliscia was a great host for Boo! She was very attentive and also often communicated information that we requested while we were traveling (including pictures and videos along with his progress of socializing with other dogs at her place). We are grateful to her and her family for taking care of our fur baby boo, and we will certainly book her again if out of town/country and Boo needs a family to watch over him while we are out.

This was the 2nd time Kourtnie kept Koby and not only was she patient with him, she kept us informed of his progress while his parents were away. She took really great care of him and I could tell that he also enjoyed being with her. I’m would highly recommend her services!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in GA ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies. Cats may be required to have Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis and Rabies up to date.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
Emergency support is available by phone or email in English 24/7. When an incident occurs, we recommend that sitters contact our Trust & Safety team immediately so that they can connect your sitter with a board-certified veterinarian or offer other resources to help.
If a sitter needs to cancel at the last minute, Rover’s reservation protection means our team will work with you to find a suitable replacement as quickly as possible.
