“This was our first time boarding our pup and full transparency, we were so nervous! Alexa was so considerate of our concerns and talked us through it all. She came to visit Reese alone to get to know him, then we took him to the home so he would be comfortable before drop off. She answered all our questions and informed us of their process in the event that our dog does not get along with another pup or vice versa, informed us of their walking and feeding schedules and sleep arrangements. She made the pick up and drop off process so easy. While Reese was there she kept us updated the entire time we were away. He did absolutely fantastic while being boarded and had the best time. Alexa was amazing with sending photos/videos and updates the entire time we were away. We will most definitely be using Alexa for boarding needs again the future! We loved her and Reese had the best time with her as well 🤍”

We absolutely love Emily! She took Barkley in last minute for two overnight stays and treated him like part of the family.
