“Claire took exceptional care of my Cocoa Bear! While I was away, Claire sent photos highlighting Cocoa Bear’s daily activity. The icing on the cake for me was GROOMING! Cocoa Bear has long cottony hair which is easily matted if you don’t brush daily and she gets eye goobers. When I picked Cocoa Bear up, she was nicely groomed with no eye goobers! We absolutely LOVE Janet, as there’s not enough words in the English dictionary to describe her and how Blessed we were to find her. The meet and greet was an instant for us and our pup. It was like we had known her all of our lives. Our baby has never been caged and the fact that he is in her home with her pups is another plus. Never had such peace of mind leaving him while on vacation. We will be using her in the future for as long as she allows us to.
Shanique was so kind and nice. I told her how nervous I was leaving my dog due to a previous terrible experience using Rover, she reassure me multiple time that my dog was in good hands. While away it was my doggy’s bday and she made sure to celebrate it making him feel special and celebrated with his new doggy friends. She was always updating me with pictures. She was very attentive and also often communicated information that we requested while we were traveling (including pictures and videos along with his progress of socializing with other dogs at her place). We are grateful to her and her family for taking care of our fur baby boo, and we will certainly book her again if out of town/country and Boo needs a family to watch over him while we are out.
This was the 2nd time Kourtnie kept Koby and not only was she patient with him, she kept us informed of his progress while his parents were away. She took really great care of him and I could tell that he also enjoyed being with her. I’m would highly recommend her services!
