“Emily fue excelente, nos mantuvo informados todo el tiempo con videos y fotos. Es la primera que dejamos a Luli con alguien y nos quedamos super tranquilos. Cuando la recogimos estaba bañadita y hasta un regalito le dieron.”

“Mrs. Janet is just lovely! She took great care of my baby girl Rossie! I appreciate how she loved on her, and kept me up to date the entire time! I would recommend Mrs. Janet to anyone, and will just Def be booking with her again! Thank you again Mrs. Janet!”

“If i could give Mrs.Loleatha more than 5 stars, I would. My fur baby had never stayed far from home for long periods of time, and she has a great time. Mrs Loleatha sent me updates and reassured me that Zola was fine. Zola went on walks every 2 hours and returned a happy camper. I will definetly be contacting Mrs.Loleatha again.”

“I cherish the time my fur baby has with his Play Date, and Overnights with Max (Aimee’s fur bab). Aimee is a great Host, and Max and Chief get along well. Aimee and her husband are like Chief’s second family (they are so account patient). It means a lot to have a supportive and stable Sitter.😇”

“My dog Atlas had a great stay here with Jacalyn! After a previous disappointing experience with a different sitter, I was hesitant to book, but Atlas was his normal goofy self after picking him up which I am so glad about. Would definitely recommend!”

“My first time using Rover was a grand experience thanks to Finesse. She was prompt for the booking and responded to my inquiries. She sent photos and videos of my pet. I was able to enjoy my trip will my fur baby was kindly cared for by Finesse. I recommend booking Finesse because I had a peace a mind the entire time away.”

“Brittany made Braxton and I feel welcome. I was a little nervous about leaving my big boy with a stranger. However, she sent me pictures of his activities which help satisfy my anxiety. This was also the first time he had a playmate. She let me know how both our pets were having a great time playing together. That was a positive for Braxton. She had him and his belongings ready for pick up on his last day. He was excited to see me was as I him. Thank you Brittany for reassuring me and taking good care of Braxton. I definitely would use her again.”

“Marilou was great with my cat! This was my first time using a sitter and my cat likes to hide because she is very shy, but Marilou was very nice and took great care of her!”

“Rebecca did an amazing job taking care of our Gordo! She sent pictures and videos multiple times a day and kept us up-to-date on how he was doing. He really got the royal treatment with lots of cuddles and treats. She even bathed him for us before pickup because he played in the mud. We will be going to Rebecca every time we need somebody to watch Gordo!”

“Riley most definitely enjoyed his first time away from home over night last weekend with Ashley and family he fits right in and acts like he is at home running wild and being Riley lol. Ashley made me feel so relieved on my vacation by taking time out to respond to my texts and sending me video of Riley it was appreciated. Riley will most definitely be back soon. Thanks so much”

“Well it's not one person watching your pet, it's the whole family that's vested in your pets happiness. I think the kids were more upset he was leaving like it was their cousin they played with. That's when you know your pet had a good time. He acted like he really didn't want to come back home. I would definitely use them again.”

“Tanisha T. made me feel comfortable from the initial conversation, it was a last minute booking for us our normal sitter was unavailable. Tanisha called and video chatted to interact with my pet prior to arrival, she asked question and was genuinely interested in learning my pet likes/dislikes. I felt at ease with Tanisha caring for my pet while I was on vacation, she kept me updated the entire time. I will definitely book her services again!!”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Jonesboro
We absolutely LOVE Janet, as there’s not enough words in the English dictionary to describe her and how Blessed we were to find her. The meet and greet was an instant for us and our pup. It was like we had known her all of our lives. Our baby has never been caged and the fact that he is in her home with her pups is another plus. Never had such peace of mind leaving him while on vacation. We will be using her in the future for as long as she allows us to.

Ms. Loleatha is amazing! She is such a caring person and my puppy was so well taken care of. She checked in with me everyday and let me know my puppy was doing well. I needed her help last minute and she responded so quickly. When I went to pick up my puppy, she even sent her home with a new chew toy. Thanks so much!

Thank you Emily for taking care of our Max and Snowy while we on vacation. This is the first time we used Rover and we had reached out to multiple persons. But we decided to go with Emily. She is such a wonderful person. After couple days our dog were able to make friends with Emily own dogs and socialize well. Emily would constantly updates us with pictures, videos and status update messages. If our dogs eat, sleep and behavior well..etc. We are looking forward to plan more vacations in the future and felt very safe and comfortable with Emily taking care of our babies. Thank you again Emily for taking care of our little ones.

Shanique was so kind and nice. I told her how nervous I was leaving my dog due to a previous terrible experience using Rover, she reassure me multiple time that my dog was in good hands. While away it was my doggy’s bday and she made sure to celebrate it making him feel special and celebrated with his new doggy friends. She was always updating me with pictures. I highly recommend and I will definitely be booking with her again. My dog was so happy before, during and after. Showing that he was well taken care of

Jaliscia was a great host for Boo! She was very attentive and also often communicated information that we requested while we were traveling (including pictures and videos along with his progress of socializing with other dogs at her place). We are grateful to her and her family for taking care of our fur baby boo, and we will certainly book her again if out of town/country and Boo needs a family to watch over him while we are out.

This was the 2nd time Kourtnie kept Koby and not only was she patient with him, she kept us informed of his progress while his parents were away. She took really great care of him and I could tell that he also enjoyed being with her. I’m would highly recommend her services!

The stay went smoothly and I didn’t have any issues with my pet’s care. However, the interaction felt a bit distant. The sitter wasn’t very talkative, and pickup felt rushed — she handed me my pet’s things and quickly closed the door without much conversation. Also, I wasn’t sent any photos during the two-day stay, which I would’ve appreciated for peace of mind. Nothing major, but I personally value more communication and warmth throughout the stay.
