Asante was very friendly and communicated well throughout the entire time my dog stayed with her. She took care of him and made sure to send lots of pics and updates the whole time! We had a very good experience with Victoria. It was very convenient that she was close to our home and had a fenced yard. My dog has a lot of energy and was overly excited to be in a new place. During his stay, he seemed to be having fun from the pictures we received. In addition, all of his belongings we sent him with came back.
Shanique was so kind and nice. I told her how nervous I was leaving my dog due to a previous terrible experience using Rover, she reassure me multiple time that my dog was in good hands. While away it was my doggy’s bday and she made sure to celebrate it making him feel special and celebrated with his new doggy friends. She was always updating me with pictures. This is the 10th time I believe that Mary has watched our pups. This trip was almost 2 weeks and they did great. Mary sends pictures and videos so we know how the pups are doing. When we get close to her house the pups start barking with excitement because they know they will be staying with Mary. We appreciate her so much. We never worry when she cares for our pups.
The stay went smoothly and I didn’t have any issues with my pet’s care. However, the interaction felt a bit distant. The sitter wasn’t very talkative, and pickup felt rushed — she handed me my pet’s things and quickly closed the door without much conversation. Also, I wasn’t sent any photos during the two-day stay, which I would’ve appreciated for peace of mind. Nothing major, but I personally value more communication and warmth throughout the stay.
