Capone was very anxious when he first arrived, so that had me anxious and uneasy as well LOL but within the first hour of drop off I received pictures from Lilieka assuring me that Capone had calmed down and was attempting to settle in. Throughout the day I received numerous pictures and messages showing me that my fur baby was having a good time as if he was staying with fellow relatives. The constant communication and random photos was a big relief in wondering how the kids were adapting to the new environment and with Victoria. Shanique was so kind and nice. I told her how nervous I was leaving my dog due to a previous terrible experience using Rover, she reassure me multiple time that my dog was in good hands. While away it was my doggy’s bday and she made sure to celebrate it making him feel special and celebrated with his new doggy friends. She was always updating me with pictures.
