When he is not near me, I want his care from me to be replicated by his sitter, and Serinette absolutely exceeded my expectations! I can always tell when Lucci hasn't been treated right because he will try and run for the hills to get away from the environment lol but I didn't sense that from Serinette at all. Throughout their stay Taurus kept us updated with frequent messages, photos, and videos. Our dogs looked so visibly happy and comfortable in every single picture and video, which allowed us to actually relax and enjoy our trip. What really set Taurus apart, though, was how incredibly accommodating and empathetic they were when things didn't go according to plan. We were scheduled to pick up our dogs at 8:00 PM, but our flight was delayed by over four hours due to a severe tornado watch in Philadelphia. Taurus was amazingly understanding, reassuring, and continued to take wonderful care of our babies until we could safely get back. Both the drop-off and pickup processes were seamless and stress-free. To top it all off, Taurus even packed cute "Pooch and Chop" to-go snack bags for the dogs' ride home! That extra touch of thoughtfulness speaks volumes about how much they genuinely care about the pets in their stay. We cannot recommend Taurus enough. If you’re looking for a loving, reliable, and exceptionally accommodating sitter who will treat your dogs like royalty, book Taurus immediately! We will definitely be using them again.
Adreana was my last-minute result, so I gave her a shot! I contacted her and she "Accepted" the boarding for my three (3) fur babies. Upon arrival at her place of residence, she met me at the driveway entrance with a big, welcoming smile. I knew then my worries could be put aside. She grabbed two of the harnesses, and we went inside and chatted for a bit, got introduced to her fur baby (Shitz Tzu), very friendly and well-mannered. My three (3) had found a new friend. She sent pictures and updates. Well book again with this sitter.. Oh, an inside joke: Lexi is not pregnant...
