About: I have taken care of pets since I was a child. I grew in a mini zoo. We had cats, dogs, rabbits, pigeons, roosters, monkeys, turtles and civets just to name a few. I love animals in general and think take care of them makes the world a better place. I have a Job that allows me to work from home so I am always available to check on your fur baby several times during the day! I also live about 20 min from the airport so even if I'm far from you and you need to travel and need boarding, my place is very convenient for drop off and pick up from the airport. I have a fenced yard if your fur baby needs to run or walk around and play! I can crate them as well if there is a need for it.

About: Dogs will love playing in the large 1 acre yard that is completely fenced in. They will love staying in a cage-free environment, going for long walks, and being able to relax. Owners will like that I take time to learn each dogs personality to give them the care they need. They will also like that I'm with their dog full-time. I am a foster parent with the Atlanta Humane Society to help work with dogs to prepare them to find their forever homes. My fosters are mainly puppies and young adults. My pet care experience includes caring for puppies, young adults, and seniors, as well as giving medication, eye drops, ear drops, and injections. My home will be your dog's home away from home. Pups are taken out every 3-4 hours for potty and play every day. For dogs that enjoy structured exercise, we will go for leashed walks and take in the sights. Feeding happens twice a day and each pup has their own separate area to enjoy their meals. I have a fenced in yard and two friendly pups to keep your dog company in my home. When caring for pets in my home or your home I'll learn what your pet needs to provide the best care specific to them. My goal is to keep them in their regular routine to make sure they are as comfortable as possible while their parent/s are away.

About: Hello! I grew up in New Jersey and have called Georgia home for the last 8 years. As early as I can remember, I’ve loved being around animals of all shapes and sizes. I bond easily with most animals because I am a kind, calm, and confident person. My friends call it a nurturing spirit because countless times I have been to a gathering or party and someone's pet decided that I was their new best friend. When I started living on my own in Atlanta, I decided it was time to adopt my first pets as an adult. I adopted two seniors who still had so much love to share. Their names were Brittanica (the cat) and Roberta (the dog). Both were diagnosed with chronic illnesses that required IV fluids and maintenance medications that had to be given on particular schedules. With advice from their care team, I made sure that each interaction for treatment was a positive experience. Sometimes I pulled out all the stops with treats, bundling them in a blanket, and setting up a soothing environment. If your pet requires such treatments, written notes would be appreciated so I can reference the process as much as possible. My current pets are younger than my first two and keep me on my toes! We have a lot of fluffy fun as Stellaluna is a sweetheart, longhaired domestic cat and Sir Waddles Von Wigglebutt is a very friendly, laid back corgi. We have a good routine where the first thing we do when we wake up is pre-breakfast cuddle time! There have been times where we’ve needed to be flexible and eat breakfast first though. My day-to-day is structured so that I can get steps in with Waddles and I can set up enrichment activities for his working dog nature. Often you’ll see us with the Atlanta Corgi group so he can be a social butterfly. If the weather isn’t great or I have a deadline to meet at work, he’ll stay home and do puzzles. Other hobbies that fit in my schedule include playing DND or board games, doing dog training classes with Waddles, and watching TV with Stella. When it comes to taking care of your pets, I will make sure that we keep to the routine they’re most familiar with too! We’ll do videos and pics as much as we can during the visit. My goal with each visit is that your pet is treated well and feels like they’re getting their own vacation even though they’ll be missing you. I work in the film industry in post production and I work remotely from home. I will have plenty of time to play and check on your furry friend for scheduled appointments. When I do not have an active contract, I enjoy taking longer walks and playing with your pet extra with your pet. To guarantee more than 30 minutes of play time, please book my 60 min visits. Safety is a top priority when I am taking care of animals. Regardless of how well trained a pet is, they are animals and are unpredictable at times. For that reason, when walking your dog, I will make sure that it is on leash unless we are in your fenced yard. If your dog is staying over with me, a crate is necessary so they have their own space where they’re safe when I’m not home. I do have a cat so if your dog is not cat friendly, we will not be able to work together. I believe in strong communication and transparency. While with your fuzzy friend, I will send you updates and photos through the app!

I have two dogs and two cats as my fur babies that are friendly and love to play with other animals. We would be happy to have your babies join us for a day or for weeks should you need someone to love and care for them in your absence. My friends all call me an animal whisperer because animals seem to recognize my loving and calm spirit and gravitate towards me everywhere I go. I have experience in caring for dogs that require medications, including shots, and know how to care for dogs with sensitive diets and stomach problems. I have experience with basic level puppy training and may be able to help with some manner reinforcement. I am about 1/4 of a mile from the closest veterinary clinic should there be an emergency and I always have a pet first aid kit on hand, just in case it’s needed. I am currently a full time student working on two different online degrees simultaneously, so I am home doing school work for most of my time. My schedule is very flexible and can work around your needs. I am the only human in a house with two dogs and two cats. Animals are quite at home here. I have a double bed and a couch in my living room that pets are welcomed on. There are dog beds and a bench in my kitchen if they want to join me while I’m studying. I also have a spare room with dog crates in case anyone needs to be crated and my large fenced in yard provides ample space for running, playing and potty time!
