“Thank you, Jordyn, for your incredible help with Poncho. I truly appreciate how you kept us updated on Poncho's stay and well-being. I highly recommend Jordyn for anyone needing pet care.”

“Ashlee was amazing and attentive to my dog. She immediately bonded with my Corso and made her feel comfortable right away. She kept communication open and was a pleasure to work with. I would book her again when I need to go out of town or need a day away to myself. Thank you Ashlee!!”

I have a big yard which let's your pets have plenty of room to explore. I have one pup of my own so your animals will feel comfortable in my home. I have a room dedicated for pet sitting if they get overwhelmed and need their own space.
“Kimora is a great sitter. Elly and Lucy were so comfortable, from the time of the meet and greet. We received the loveliest photos daily with updates on their well being. We’ll be back to Kimora’s for sure! Thanks again for your amazingly warm hospitality.”

“Amanda was good with my very hyper energetic baby. She kept in contact and sent pictures with updates. She didn’t mind that I kept asking about her because she has not been away from me or her dad since we had her and I was nervous. She also gave Maggie exercise. She even bought her a treat for the car ride. She picked her up and dropped her off. She definitely made my trip to Panama City Beach less stressful.”

About: With over 15 years of hands-on experience as a devoted dog owner, I bring genuine love and deep expertise to every pup in my care. My journey began with Riley, my beloved companion who blessed my life for years before crossing the Rainbow Bridge. Riley taught me patience, attentiveness, and the unique joy that comes from truly bonding with a dog. Today, that love continues with Kenobi, my energetic and adorable 3.5-year-old, who keeps my dog-care skills sharp every single day. Kenobi and I are always on the move — whether it's our regular long walks, hitting the trails for a hike, or joining our local dog walking group where pups can socialize and explore together. An active dog is a happy dog, and I make sure every dog in my care gets the exercise and enrichment they deserve. My reputation speaks for itself — family and friends have trusted me time and again to care for their beloved pups, knowing they'll be in the most loving and capable hands. That trusted word-of-mouth is the foundation of everything I do. While I'd love nothing more than to expand my fur family, the timing isn't quite right for a second dog — so dog sitting is the perfect solution! It lets me share my home, my heart, and my experience with more dogs who deserve top-notch care. When your dog stays with me, they're not just being watched — they're being welcomed into a home that truly understands and adores dogs. Your pup will be in experienced, caring hands every step of the way. Services Offered: 🐾 Dog Walking 🏠 Boarding 🧩 Enrichment Activities I work from home with a flexible schedule, allowing me to center my day around your pup's needs. Whether it's regular potty breaks, feeding times, nap schedules, or simply cuddle time on the couch, I am fully present and attentive throughout the day. Your dog will never feel lonely or overlooked — they will always have loving company and dedicated care from morning to night! I have one 3.5-year-old Cavapoo named Kenobi who would love to keep your pup company! Crating, playpen setting or free roam can be offered depending on your dog's temperament and individual needs. And if your dog loves the outdoors, my large yard provides plenty of space to run, explore, and play!
“My first time using Rover was a grand experience thanks to Finesse. She was prompt for the booking and responded to my inquiries. She sent photos and videos of my pet. I was able to enjoy my trip will my fur baby was kindly cared for by Finesse. I recommend booking Finesse because I had a peace a mind the entire time away.”

“Khristina and her family were amazing to our dog Pepper. She sent updates throughout the day and was responsive at all times. Pepper enjoyed her time with them and was the happiest dog when we got her back. Thank you for taking care of her. We will continue to trust in y'all when we need sitting for Pepper. 😀”

“This was my first time using Rover and I had many reservations given my puppy's age and medical conditions. With her background in vet medicine, Mary gave me every bit of confidence that Bailey was in good hands. She was so happy and comfortable when I picked her up that she didn't want to leave! I highly recommend Marie to care for your furbaby :)”

“He took such great care of our 3 month old kitten! He sent pictures, stayed in touch, responded quickly to our questions. Can't recommend him any higher. We will rebook in the future!”

“Debra is fantastic with our baby! He loves staying with her, and we never have to worry when he’s in her care. She treats him like family, and we feel so comfortable knowing he’s with Auntie Debrah. Highly recommend her!”

“If I could give her 10 stars I would. Hanifah was absolutely amazing and extremely caring for my dog Feisty. Feisty is disabled and Hanifah handled her with so much love, that my dog did not want to come back home with me. Lol. She literally ran to me said hello and ran back into the house. Hanifah had to pick her up and bring her out. Lol. Her family was awesome and they all did so much together and she sent pictures of Feisty everywhere in the home daily (no wonder she didn't want to come back to our lonely home. Lol). Hanifah was way beyond what I imagined and I look forward to booking with her again very soon. ❤❤❤”

“Amazing!!!! My dog did not want to come home. Viet sent photos and gave me daily updates! I couldn’t ask for a better sitter for my dog. We have already booked our second stay.”

“Kim is amazing!! My dog was scared knowing I was about to leave her. She greeted my dog with so much love. And assured her everything was going to be okay. Kim kept me up to date with pictures and frequent text. My dog had a blast with the rest of her dogs. She didn’t want to leave when I came to pick her up. I definitely recommend Kim, she’s the best!!”

“She’s great with Sheriff and takes good care of him. We have been in a hard transition lately with housing and she was so accommodating to us and helpful! We would recommend her to anyone!”

“Brittany J is an amazing sitter. She is very attentive to your pet and keeps you informed. No doubt she takes her job seriously and ensures your pet has the most comfortable and caring stay - she’s highly recommended.”

“There's a couple of words that come to my mind when I look at Mikey (my fur baby) from this day forward. Genuine and professional. Anthony is a true genuine man with true professional traits when it comes to handling animals. He's knowledgeable and patient with animals that displays his passion of taking care of fur babies. From his (Mikey) initial interaction with Anthony; he was ease. Photos were provided during the entire time to put me at ease as well. I was. Shout out to Anthony H. for his being a genuine, professional, and passionate man for animals!! Thanks, Anthony! 😁”

“Berniceaa did a FANTASTIC job with my Ginger. She put my mind at ease in the mist of not only this being the first time that my pup has been boarded but also since the weekend was so busy. I felt comfortable knowing that Ginger especially being so small had no issues with any other dogs as well as she got used to being around them. Berniceaa also was super sweet to have a Christmas present and even gave Ginger a bath before I picked her up. I will DEFINITELY rebook again with her as my daugther is a competition cheerleader and we travel often. Great job and we look forward to seeing you again soon!”

About: Fun loving pet owner and pet lover living in Decatur, Georgia. I work from home so I have a flexible schedule. I own one dog and I’m an aunty to two others, as well as god parents to many other pets. Offering boarding and sitting in my comfortable, bright and pet friendly home. I grew up with many pets and I’ve always had a fondness for our furry friends. I’d say I have 30 years experience with dogs, cats, birds, rabbits. I’m more skilled with small to medium sized trained dogs. I have a backyard that pets can play in once leashed and I take all pets for walks in the neighborhood, weather and their ability permitted. Safety first always! Looking forward to hanging with some cool furry friends. I work from home and I have a little dog of my own so your pet is never alone and has a friend to lounge in the sun and eat treats with. I also have a large crate for if your dog requires crate time or if I have to briefly run an errand. My home is a soft space and the neighborhood is safe and quiet. I do have a ring camera and doors are always closed and locked for added safety. I always accompany my pet friends for leashed discoveries in my backyard and on neighborhood walks to greet the neighbors.
“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Brittany K. was amazing! She was available to watch Rocco over the busy 4th of July holiday, which we really appreciated. She kept us informed throughout his stay, sent plenty of pictures and updates, and made us feel comfortable every step of the way. This was our first time using Rover and Rocco’s first time staying with someone outside our home, so we were naturally a little nervous. Brittany made the entire experience easy and stress-free. We could tell Rocco was well cared for and happy. We will definitely be using her again. Highly recommend!”

Exceptional care!!!!! All I can do is sing high praises for Jessica and her family’s care for my furbaby. Communication is excellent . We recieved daily photos and video while we were away. My furbaby is on a raw diet and Jessica complemented that daily care. Jessica took our furbaby with short notice and we are grateful to her for that. I never worried about my pup while I was away. Rest assured he was on vacation too🥰I will definitely re-book my pup here! Top-tier care.

Alex is an absolutely fantastic dog sitter! From the start, she was professional, reliable, and clearly passionate about caring for dogs. It gave me so much peace of mind knowing my Kash was in such capable and caring hands. Alex went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled perfectly—sticking to routines, providing plenty of attention, and making sure my dog felt comfortable and loved while I was away. I especially appreciated the updates and photos, which made it easy to see that my dog was happy and well cared for. What really stands out is Alex’s genuine connection with animals. It’s clear they treat every dog as if it’s their own, with kindness, patience, and lots of affection. I wouldn’t hesitate to trust Alex again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable and caring dog sitter. Truly top-notch service! 🐾💛

Great experience with Glenn! He was responsive and I love the close proximity of the location. The only thing that would have made Kurry first stay here better would have been receiving an unsolicited photo/video update at least once during the stay. We will definitely be back often so Kurry can socialize with the other dogs and so he can get respite from me lol.

Ruth was excellent with Lola! I received photos and video updates throughout the entire booking and Lola was enjoying herself every time. I can see that my pup was cared for and loved and I’m so happy I chose Ruth and i would recommend anyone to book with her!! Thanks again❤️❤️

Christeria was an amazing dog sitter! She watched my two dogs, Max and Poppy, and did an incredible job with both of them. Poppy is a Lab–Pitbull mix who has anxiety and doesn’t do very well with other dogs, but Christeria was patient, understanding, and truly took the time to work with her. I felt so relieved knowing Poppy was in capable and compassionate hands. Max, my small Dachshund–Shih Tzu mix, was also well cared for and comfortable the entire time. Christeria was excellent with communication and kept me updated, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and attentive dog sitter. I will absolutely be using her again!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in GA ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies. Cats may be required to have Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis and Rabies up to date.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
Emergency support is available by phone or email in English 24/7. When an incident occurs, we recommend that sitters contact our Trust & Safety team immediately so that they can connect your sitter with a board-certified veterinarian or offer other resources to help.
If a sitter needs to cancel at the last minute, Rover’s reservation protection means our team will work with you to find a suitable replacement as quickly as possible.
