Cocoa Bear has long cottony hair which is easily matted if you don’t brush daily and she gets eye goobers. When I picked Cocoa Bear up, she was nicely groomed with no eye goobers! She made this a very trust worthy experience. Her environment is very clean and spacious for my medium to large dog. Highly recommend, will be back again.
Kylie was awesome! She was responsive, sent photos throughout the stay, and was a great caregiver to Lunar. He came back settled and calm.
