They were fantastic communicators and sent me so many pictures and updates throughout her stay, which meant so much to me. It was clear they genuinely cared about making sure Dolly had the best time. They had a little pool set up for her to splash around in, a huge backyard where she could run and play, and they were incredibly thoughtful about slowly introducing her to the other dogs they were watching so she felt comfortable and safe. When I picked her up, they even surprised us with a little treat bag to take home, which was such a sweet touch! Dolly came home happy, tired, and clearly well loved. I was so on the edge when it came down to my baby Draco whom is a 7lb miniature schnauzer being cared for by someone other than myself. She eased my mind, she kept me inform on how he was doing, she also sent pictures and videos which I loved. I was glad to know that he was ok and he really enjoyed himself. “When I left the country on April 26, 2023 I was so nervous at the thought of being away from my most prized obsession for such a long time. As always, Arnoldo put my mind at ease. You can tell that he loves what he does. My baby loves him and is happy when she is in his care. While out of the country, Arnold was faithful with sending pics, video and updates daily. She was walked, stimulated and loved on. He has pays close attention to honoring your wishes when it comes to instructions left about medicines, hair care, feedings etc. when I picked her up( minutes ago), she was happy, more healthy and clean! HE IS ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!! I can't sing his praises enough. If you need a capable, caring and professional boarder run, don't walk, to Arnoldo. He will exceed your expectation.”

Leaving our dogs with someone outside of family is always a bit nerve-wracking—this was only our second time doing so—but Taurus completely eased our minds from day one. Throughout their stay Taurus kept us updated with frequent messages, photos, and videos. Our dogs looked so visibly happy and comfortable in every single picture and video, which allowed us to actually relax and enjoy our trip. What really set Taurus apart, though, was how incredibly accommodating and empathetic they were when things didn't go according to plan. We were scheduled to pick up our dogs at 8:00 PM, but our flight was delayed by over four hours due to a severe tornado watch in Philadelphia. Taurus was amazingly understanding, reassuring, and continued to take wonderful care of our babies until we could safely get back. Both the drop-off and pickup processes were seamless and stress-free. To top it all off, Taurus even packed cute "Pooch and Chop" to-go snack bags for the dogs' ride home! That extra touch of thoughtfulness speaks volumes about how much they genuinely care about the pets in their stay. We cannot recommend Taurus enough. If you’re looking for a loving, reliable, and exceptionally accommodating sitter who will treat your dogs like royalty, book Taurus immediately! We will definitely be using them again.
Justice and Kristian were wonderful they have an amazing team working with them. They sent lots of videos and pictures the stayed in contact with lots of updates . Pick up and drop off was fast and easy I highly recommend them our dog Charlie had an amazing time. He will definitely be back.
Adreana was my last-minute result, so I gave her a shot! I contacted her and she "Accepted" the boarding for my three (3) fur babies. Upon arrival at her place of residence, she met me at the driveway entrance with a big, welcoming smile. I knew then my worries could be put aside. She grabbed two of the harnesses, and we went inside and chatted for a bit, got introduced to her fur baby (Shitz Tzu), very friendly and well-mannered. My three (3) had found a new friend. She sent pictures and updates. Well book again with this sitter.. Oh, an inside joke: Lexi is not pregnant...
