“Emily is such a blessing. Our pup is a bit nervous and hates isolation. Emily’s canine family kept our boy occupied and calm. The daily photos and videos kept us comfortable that our pup was happy and well cared for. We’ve used numerous kennels in the past and our pup was always a mess when he got home. Not so under Emily’s care. It’s like he never missed us. (Almost hurts our feelings, lol)”

“Mrs. Janet was wonderful to work with. Richie enjoyed his time with her. She kept me informed about how he was doing. She loved on Richie as if he were her own. I will be using Janet C again.”

“Caution, your fur baby may not want go home or extremely sad after leaving Miss Domonique and King‘s home, lol! My anxiety was extremely high at the thought of leaving Max with someone he’s never met before, but from the start of my booking, Domonique was very communicative and assured me, Max would be in great hands, he definitely was! I received the most adorable pictures and videos plus updates throughout his day by the time I picked him up I don’t think Max wanted to leave him and King made such a good little friendship! Max has found a forever home away from home with Domonique and King. Thank you so much for caring for Max as you would care for your own!”

“We had Alexis watch our dog for a month, which is a long time to be away from our baby. But Alexis is sweet and kind and reassured us that our dog would be well taken cared of. She was always very responsive whenever I reached out to ask how everything was going. She also sent photos for reassurance. When we finally picked our dog up, he seemed happy and healthy. Thank you for taking such great care of Obie!”

“I got a good vibe from her. She sent pictures of Zxotic and provided excellent feedback for our puppy. He seemed very happy with her because when arrived he was still jumping towards her. Thanks for everything!”

“I could not be happier with the care and love that these folks provided to our two dogs. One of our dogs is a bit hard to win over, and I think he ended up having a really good time. These people are really professional and really do seem to treat your dogs like their own. Definitely using them again”

About: Hi! I'm a stay-at-home mom with a house full of love (and fur). We share our home with two pups, a cat (& a toddler), so I'm comfortable with several animals in my home at once 😄. With managing a busy home juggling everyone's routines (pups, cat, kiddo, and daddy's night shift all included), I've gotten pretty good at patience, consistency, and keeping balance between different temperaments. I have a pup with allergies — special diet, skin care, allergy meds — so if your pup has specific needs (like that or otherwise), no worries here. Your pup will get regular walks, playtime, and plenty of snuggles (if they want) while they are here for their Pup Sleepover or Playdate. I'm home most days, flexible, and happy to send photo updates so you can see your pup is happy and well cared for. I am a SAHM so my schedule is relatively flexible. Im available most days (including weekends) and some holidays. Kiddo's naptime is 1pm-3pm but can be shifted for pickups/drop-offs if necessary. I prefer pickups/ drop-offs to between 8am and 7pm so they don't interfere with the kiddo's nighttime schedule. I live on two acres on a dead end street (not currently fenced in but looking to remedy this soon). so there is plenty of space to roam and walk or play well away from the street. I also live close to a dog park that I frequent and would be more than willing to take your pup there for some fenced in running around :) I have 2 very dog friendly fur babies of my own so your pup(s) would always have another doggo to pal around with. But if socialization is hard for your pup I can accommodate that as well.
“Tavia is very kind, sent lots of pictures, and made sure she did everything possible to make my dog’s stay as pleasant as possible. I will certainly rebook when the need arises.”

“Tiffany and her family are great. Ivan stayed overnight. I was send updates and pictures. They loved my little guy and when I picked him up, the kids wanted him to stay. This makes me feel really good.”

“Mrs. Mary was amazing! This was the first time my babies have ever been away from home and she made me feel extremely comfortable with leaving them in her care. To soothe my anxiety she texted me updates often and sent me photos. When I picking up my babies they were totally pooped. I couldn't believe that they were the same dogs. My normally overly hyper puppy slept for two days straight, she even acts like she has some manners now. I got a sitter and trainer in one. Mrs. Mary is great. We will definitely frequent Mrs. Mary and I recommend her to anyone else that is considering leaving their babies in her care. Your pets will love you for choosing her. ”

Jaliscia was a great host for Boo! During the Meet & Greet, discuss your dog’s usual exercise and play routine, whether they can safely interact with other dogs, and any activities or restrictions the sitter should follow. Many sitters in GA ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
Adding another pup to the pack? Most sitters and walkers offer a reduced rate for additional dogs. You’ll find these exact rates listed under the "Services" tab on any sitter's profile. Since every dog is unique, final pricing may vary depending on the level of care required.
