They had never sat for my dog, but they eagerly accepted the invitation to sit, which was going to start in less than 2 hours. After texting with them, the day care request turned into an overnight boarding request, AT THEIR SUGGESTION!! Turns out, I could have used a sitter the following day for a few hours so it worked it. While I wasn't able to chat with Alexa when I picked my boy up, Keondre assured me that he had a great time and he ate well in my absence (which means he enjoyed being there). All this without an introductory meet & greet. I do like that they live very close to me, so I will definitely try them again.
