Pet care has been part of my life since childhood and is still a huge passion of mine. I work at an emergency veterinary clinic, which is where most pickups and drop-offs happen for convenience (we live in Griffin, about an hour away). My husband and I tag-team childcare around our work schedules, and our well-trained dogs love welcoming new playmates!

I love following your pet’s at-home routine so their stay feels familiar and comfortable. A typical day
Your pet’s day starts with a potty break around 6:00am, another mid-morning, and a walk or supervised playtime in the afternoon. We follow your feeding routine and ask that you bring their food to avoid tummy issues; pets eat in crates or separate rooms for safety. Evening potty breaks are offered every two hours until bedtime, and pets are welcome to free-roam the house. We aim to give every guest a true home-away-from-home experience, with leash-free time on 100 acres of fenced land, playtime with housemates, and enrichment like snuffle mats and interactive toys. We use minimal crating (feeding only) unless you prefer otherwise.

Joanna and Rameen were wonderful! They took great care of Charlie, and made sure he had lots of opportunities to play and enjoy himself. She sent some beautiful pictures of him to us as well! They both communicated clearly and were very flexible about meet up times and pickups. We were so thankful to find them, and would definitely book again!

I have three rowdy dogs that crave and seek attention. I’m one of those pet owners that is very picky when it comes to choosing who I want to look after them, of course because they are my babies. I never have to worry with Joanna. She sends me lots of pictures to make sure I know they are being taken care of throughout the day and keeps up with their feeding schedule. When I come home my dogs are always happy and napping from a fun day of playing with Joanna. I highly recommend her and will use her every time.
