This is my favorite time of year because I can offer 24/7 companionship. Your dog will have a constant buddy for backyard play, midday walks, and plenty of air-conditioned indoor snuggles. • School Year (August – May): My focus shifts to dedicated weekend and holiday care. Because I’m in the classroom during the week, my weekends are devoted to my clients and their pets. It’s the perfect setup for owners who want a sitter who is 100% "present" and active with their pets from Friday evening through Sunday. Whether it’s a long summer "staycation" or a holiday weekend, you can rest easy knowing your pet is in the hands of someone who is reliable, and genuinely happy to be there. Butters had a great week with Colleen! We were updated daily and felt at ease knowing our senior guy was being taken care of.
Colleen was wonderful!! We had a different sitter cancel last minute but it worked out because Colleen was perfect to care for our pup. From our first interaction, we could tell how much she cares for her own pup and the dogs in her care. We were super comfortable leaving our pup with her, knowing he would be in great hands! She provided updates and he was having a great time. He came home exhausted and is fast asleep now! She created the perfect doggie vacation for him while we were away. Would definitely have Raptor stay with her again :)

For dogs who love a challenge, we’ll do a round of Hide-and-Seek or "find the treat" to get those brains working early. • The "Mid-Day Mellow": During the heat of the day, we move to the covered screened porch or the air-conditioned indoors. This is our time for reinforcement—practicing basic commands and "good neighbor" manners with plenty of positive praise. • Personalized Play: Whether your pup is a high-energy athlete or a senior who prefers a slow sniff-about, I tailor our activities to their specific speed. • Evening Wind-Down: After a final sunset play session in the yard, we settle in for a relaxed evening. My home is a calm environment where your pet can decompress and feel like part of the family. Your dog won't just be "watched"—they’ll be engaged, enriched, and loved every single day.

Customizable Outdoor & Indoor Zones: • The Screened-In Area: I have a covered screened porch with dual-gate access. This is a perfect "middle ground" for dogs who love the fresh air but want the comfort of the shade. • The Multi-Level Yard: My yard is divided into two distinct sections, allowing me to separate playgroups or give a senior dog their own quiet space. • Access options: One area has only three small steps (perfect for older joints!), while the other features an open deck with six steps for the high-energy athletes. Advanced Medical Peace of Mind: Your pet’s health is my top priority. I am fully trained and experienced in: • Medical Care: Administering oral medications and injections (shots). • Emergency Preparedness: I am certified in Dog CPR. • Senior Care Specialists: Between my medical knowledge and my mellow senior resident dog, I offer a safe, slow-paced haven for older pets who need a gentle touch. Whether your dog needs a complex medical schedule or just a sunny spot on a deck, I have the skills and the space to make it happen.
