I may be new to Rover, but I’ve been a lifelong dog lover! My boyfriend, Shaun, is also my business partner. We live together, and he is just as great with dogs. Having both of us means your pup gets extra attention, care, and love. I grew up with our family dog, Ruby, a sweet 25 lb terrier who lived to be 16 years old. She truly had the best life, and I was so lucky to have her by my side growing up. In college, my roommates and I adopted a 7 year old, 55 lb Border Collie/Australian Shepherd mix named Peaches. She quickly became our best friend, especially during COVID. After graduation, I took full custody of her. While it was a difficult decision, I eventually had to rehome her when I accepted my dream job, which required frequent travel. The good news is that she’s now living her best life on a flower farm in Alabama with a family friend, spending her days running through fields and playing with her 26 farm cat siblings. Since then, I’ve had the opportunity to travel the world and pursue graduate school. I just graduated with a MPH and am excited to open up my availability for bookings as I save for a celebration trip next year! In addition to Rover, I’ve also been active on Wag with 100+ walks, drop ins, and boardings over the past four years. I truly love dogs of all breeds, sizes, ages, and personalities, and I can’t wait to meet you and your pup! Let’s connect soon :)

Kristen was absolutely amazing!!! She was extremely communicative, sent lots of pictures and videos, and my pups loved her! She also gave us cute Polaroids of our pups when we picked them up. Highly recommend!

Schedule
I currently work as a part time nanny from 2-6pm Mon-Fri and I’m free most weekends when I’m home. I understand that your pups are in a new place so being with them when they’re in my care is my top priority. Shaun works from home so your pup will always have a companion when staying at our home!

Safety, trust & environment
My neighborhood has an awesome fenced dog park that is maintained daily. The dog community here is also very friendly and understanding if dogs need their personal time in the park. There is also a nature preserve right across the street from me that is super safe and monitored so your pups will be getting their maximum required exercise when they stay with me!
A typical day
Multiple snuffle mats, lick mats for frozen treats, balls, cooling mat and a leash for running. Your dog can do anything or nothing that their heart desires!
