“Marissa did a great job watching my weirdo dogs! I was a little nervous at first about how they’d get along with her dog, Zoe, but after a quick pack walk they were all playing happily in the backyard. Zoe is super well-behaved and clearly used to being around other dogs, which made everything go really smoothly. She also sent me a picture and an update during the day, which I really appreciated. My pups came home tired and ready for a nap… a sign of a good day! Highly recommend!”

“Words can't truly express how I feel about Anais. I found her at the very last minute after a bad fit with another sitter. She opened her home up to my Baxter and treated him just like he was one of her own. She gave me constant updates and pictures galore. Baxter had an amazing time at her home and was able to interact with other dogs easily. Anais is such a special person and has a God given talent for taking care of Fur Babies. I will definitely be using her again. She is a permanent fixture in our family. ?❤”

“Zosimo was great with Chocho! From the meet-and-greet all the way to when we picked up our for baby, we felt at ease knowing Chocho was in good hands. Zosimo also sent updates and pictures while we were away. It was so nice to know our little one was happy and taken care of.”

“Katie was awesome! She sent great photos and updates and it looked like Paisley was getting lots of love and attention! We also appreciated her communication and flexibility. We would definitely book again!”

“Javier and Christina thank you for being gentle with my old lady! She has not been boarded before and I was extremely grateful for Javier making her feel comfortable.”

“Peggy is amazing!! Maggie was so well cared for while I was away. It is a huge comfort to know she was with someone who cared for my dog almost as much as I do. Peggy took the time to meet us before the stay and see if Maggie was compatible in her home. She asked thorough questions to make sure she knew what Maggie needed. Maggie is diabetic and needs needles twice a day. Peggy was fabulous at this and Maggie was so happy in all the photographs that she sent me. If you get to book a stay with Peggy, you will be getting the very best care.”

“Colleen was absolutely amazing with our dog waffles. She communicated extremely well and kept us up to date on how he was doing. She also helped transport him to our house when we got in super late so we got to see him as soon as possible. I’m pretty anxious about leaving him with anyone but I never once worried about him thanks to her excellent care.”

“I have had lots of great sitters on Rover and Michelle is the very best! She is extremely responsive, sends tons of sweet updates and pictures, and is very easy. Additionally there were several other dogs she cared for that seemed to all be having fun together. 10/10 will use again”

“Excellent communication. She provided pictures and updates regularly. My pets are comfortable in her clean and very tidy home. Definitely will book pet sitting with Ashley again!”

“Freeman was the best! So many updates, such great communication, and even gave us a bag of treats when I came to pick her up. I recommend and I would definitely book with him again!”

“Josh was incredible with watching my dog and sending plenty of pictures and videos of him having fun his entire stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for someone trustworthy to watch your pet.”

“Erin was great with Macy. She sent pictures and videos to show us while we were out of town so we knew what was going on with our girl. We would definitely use Erin in the future.”

“Kristen & Jason were so sweet to our dog! He came home very relaxed which is not the case when he goes to his normal boarding. They sent plenty of picture updates which was lovely.”

“I can’t thank Hope enough for taking such wonderful care of Chichu for 4 days! It was my very first time ever leaving him, and she made the experience so easy and comforting for both of us. Chichu had an amazing time with Hope and the other pups—he was so happy and relaxed when I picked him up. Hope truly went above and beyond to make sure Chichu felt comfortable, cared for, and loved. She also gave me peace of mind throughout, which meant the world to me. I’m so grateful to have found her and will definitely trust her with Chichu again in the future!”

“Kamron kept our dog for over a week while we were on a cruise. He was very communicative and sent plenty of pictures which we loved. Tuxedo seemed to have had a really good time with the cats as well. We will be back. 😊😊”

“Jasmine and Christopher were amazing. They were very communicative and sent numerous updates, pictures, and videos. They seemed genuinely happy to take care of Bayani, and I felt very comfortable leaving him with them. Bayani looked so happy during his stay. I would not hesitate to book with them again. Five stars.”

About: My senior dog passed away after we shared 18 wonderful years together. I know how much your family members mean to you. I will ensure my time with them will be fun and show care and love as if they were my own. I'm retired and have plenty of time on my hands. One reason for pursuing this opportunity is to get more involved and out of the house. I currently have only my little Percy - he's strictly an indoor cat with his routine - early am feedings and lots of sleep during the day. I love to walk and enjoy having a pal to share the time outside. I do miss my dog, our daily walks are where I hold very fond memories. She loved to bring sticks home and place them in the yard. I have always enjoyed my experience with pet sitters that I've hired. Each person understood how important it is to follow instructions and established routines. I would ensure I have complete understanding of each request and treat your pet as if they were mine.
“He took great care of my dog and provided daily updates. I was comfortable he was in good hands. His husky mix is adorable and played well with my dog. I booked a 2nd stay.”

“Rebecca did a great job watching our cats while we were out of town. She came by beforehand for a meet and greet, and it was obvious she was very comfortable with cats. Her communication was excellent, she arrived on time every day, spent quality time with them, and provided thorough updates and photos. We especially appreciated that she cleaned up after one of our cats got sick one day without hesitation. We would definitely recommend her and would happily book with her again.”

“I can’t say enough great things about Elizabeth. She came prepared to our meet and greet with a through list of questions about my cat and our home. She was a great communicator and kept me up to date on what was going on with my cat and sent pictures every day. She even brought in my mail, watered my plants, and took out the trash before she left on her last visit. It’s obvious that my cat loved his time with her. I won’t hesitate to use her services again!”

“Deedee did an excellent job taking care of our cats! Her daily updates and photos gave us great peace of mind and always left us with a smile. She made sure to give them plenty of playtime and attention, and it was clear how quickly they warmed up to her. I sincerely thank Deedee for her care and happily endorse her services. I will definitely call on her again in the future!”

“Ms. Kaitlyn was fantastic with my 2 fur babies while I was out of time. Usually I would ask family to check on them, but one if them has an ear infection and need meds everyday. It was too inconvenient to ask ask someone to go out of their way to be at my place e try day, but then came Kaitlyn. She was the right person for the job and I appreciate her so much.”

“Stacy was awesome and very caring! The first time my kitty met her she immediately went up to her which is unusual, since my kitty is very standoffish at first. This made me feel comfortable! Stacy was also super nice and a great communicator. I will definitely be booking with her again! Thank you again Stacy!!!”

“We highly recommend Meghan, as she was great! She communicated well and sent pictures everyday. She would spend time and play with our two cats. She even cleaned up a mess they had made. Definitely will be rebooking in the future.”

“Madison is a reliable, caring, and professional pet sitter. Recently she did drop in visits for my cat over a long 2 weeks+ period (she also previously watched him over two separate shorter periods). She sent detailed daily updates unprompted. Everyday I received lots of expertly taken pictures of my cat. I’m honestly impressed how she got him to consistently pose for the camera. I could also tell that he received lots of love and playtime. I never felt any need to worry about the care or safety of my cat. At the end, it great to come home to a well-looked after cat and untouched home. I will continue to go with Madison for my future cat sitting needs. I would strongly recommend her for your pet as well.”

“Elena was awesome for drop-ins for my kitty! I really looked forward to her detailed drop-in updates. She was very courteous and was able to to work with my schedule. My kitty seemed to really like her! I will definitely be booking Elena next time I go out of town ?”

“Kamron was absolutely the best!!! He was extremely professional, timely, and always kept us up to date during each drop in visit. We have a very timid kitty who is always scared around new people, but she loved playing with Kamron. By far the best sitter we have booked on Rover.”

“Jay is a generous and attentive sitter! He was wonderful with our bonded kitties & even went above and beyond when one of the kitties pulled some funny business. Thank you for helping ensure our furry friends were taken care of over the holiday!”

“Stacie always takes such great care of our cats while we are away. They are always happy when we come home which is never the case if we just have a neighbor check in on them. She spends enough time with them to make them feel secure and also tries to play with them. I never stress about how they're doing when under Stacie's care!”

“Julianna has been an amazing pet sitter for my dog Tommy and kitten Oreo. She is an exceptional communicator and has a very keen eye for details. I know I can travel stress free if Julianna is taking care of my loved ones. Recently, Julianna noticed Oreo wasn’t being as playful as usual, I took him to the Vet and he was very constipated. I’m beginning to think Tommy and Oreo prefer Julianna over me!”

“This was my first time using rover for someone to watch my cat and Solange was fantastic! She always communicated with me about drop in times and if anything came up. She always sent so many pictures to ease my anxiety as well! Poe really liked her and it made me happy, she has such good positive energy! Will definitely use again :)”

“Ella is the BEST. She is responsible, warm, thoughtful, and reliable. She took excellent care of our cat while we were away - I had total peace of mind that he was being lovingly cared for!”

“Scar took excellent care of our cat, Maple. Her litter box was clean, she was fed and overall well cared for. I appreciate the peace of mind Scar provided us as we had to travel.”

“Megan did an incredible job - following instructions, sending cute photos and lovely messages to describe the visit - giving me great peace of mind during a long trip away. I will definitely be rebooking Megan in the future. Great job Megan! You are a life saver.”

“Peggy is so conscientious and caring. Our dog has jumped fences in the past, so Peggy worked with us to make a plan to keep him safe during his stay. We’re so happy to have connected with her. ☺️”

“Owen was so great with our little Mona, I could not have asked for a better experience. He has a very calm demeanor which put me at ease and seemed to have the same effect on Mona :) When I dropped Mona off, Owen showed me around the house and backyard, which were setup perfectly for pups with lots of options and areas to explore (and toys to chew :D) He was very quick to provide updates, photos and video, as well. About: I’m an experienced dog owner with two huskies of my own, and previously I had a Jack-Russel terrier I took on lots of walks, so I understand high-energy breeds, strong personalities, and the importance of structure, routine, and exercise. I have a 6 foot fence, that my huskies cannot jump, so if you have a dog that likes to jump, my fence can probably keep them contained in my backyard for their safety. I’m comfortable handling energetic dogs, leash manners, and dogs that need consistent exercise to stay happy and calm. Walks are never rushed—I tailor them to each dog’s energy level, weather conditions, and comfort. I also pay close attention to hydration, behavior cues, and overall well-being. Your dog will receive individual attention, affection, and calm supervision in a home environment. I take pet safety seriously and follow owner instructions closely, including feeding routines, medication schedules (if applicable), and house rules. I am also a mom to two humans, 7 years old and an older baby. I am a stay at home mom, so my schedule is very flexible for dog walking or drop-ins, but I may have my baby in stroller with me for walks, please let me know if that’s not ok. I recently quit my job at the CDC, I was a biologist, to spend time with my girls during their formative years. I take honesty and dependability very seriously so you need not worry about your pets or home in my care. Thanks for reading my profile. I am a stay-at-home mom, taking care of my huskies and kids. As long as you don’t mind me bringing my baby to walk alongside your dog in my stroller, I can walk your dog anytime of day during the week or weekends. “Demi was awesome! She stepped in to walk my elderly father’s dog while he was recovering surgery. She came several times a day for over a week, was reliable, on-time and courteous, and great with our pet of course.”

“When I tell you she is absolutely amazing I mean it !! Not only did she put a puffer jacket on my dog when it was below 30 degrees outside without me saying anything ,she treated my dog like he was hers . I would hire her over and over again .”

“Highly recommend Ryan! Reliable, communicative, and great with my very large Pyr/Lab mix, Argo, who is not the best at leash walking. Argo was staying with my parents while I was on vacation, but he’s quite difficult for them to walk at their age. Ryan was amazing and took care of daily walks for 2 weeks - handled Argo really well and always gave him the full 30 minutes even in bad weather. The arrangement worked out so well for Argo and for my parents. We’ll definitely use Ryan’s services again!”

About: I helped care for my family’s two cats since I was about five years old. One of whom was diabetic and needed insulin shots twice a day, which gave me experience giving injections. “Caitlin did another fantastic job with the boys. Buster was far more calm and had his happy bark going when he saw Caitlin. Both dogs have bonded well with Caitlin. She is a great dog walker.”
About: I’ve had cats and dogs my whole life! Starting when I was in elementary school, I began pet-sitting for friends and neighbors. I cared for my dog, Zoe, for 15 years, before she passed away in 2019. I know how to care for senior animals who might need medication or struggle with sight/hearing or going to the bathroom. I’m accepting of any and all animals! I previously worked at a Doggy Daycare, which helped me gain experience with various dog breeds, sizes, and ages. I also gained invaluable knowledge about dog body language and the best ways to interact with anxious or shy dogs. Through working with Rover, I’ve gained a lot of experience working with cats and have learned to take a unique approach to each cat based off of their personality and temperament. I currently have full-time availability, which allows me to spend plenty of quality time with the pets that I sit. I also love taking lots of cute pictures to send to pet parents! I am open to new clients and can’t wait to build a bond with your pet/pets! I am currently available full-time. A day of pet care for me would be having one housesitting booked and a few drop-ins or walks. I would spend my time with the pet I’m housesitting for, when I’m not completing another booking, making sure they’re kept company and all their needs are met. When housesitting, I try to spend most of my time with the pet/pets, whether that means walks, playing, or simply lounging together. When doing walks/drop-ins and housesitting, I treat the owner’s house with the utmost respect.
“Elizabeth did such a great job walking my dog. She was attentive and took her on nice long walks. I was able to feel completely at peace knowing my dog was getting such focused and personal care. Elizabeth was also always excellent at communicating any changes and gave me daily updates on the walk. I highly recommend her and will continue to use her in the future!”

About: I’ve had my pitty for roughly two years and have had to deal with training, medicinal application, behavioral management and hardcore cuddling. I also have experience dealing with smaller dogs as well and tailoring my care to suit their needs as well. I work in the food service industry so my schedule can be a bit sporadic but I have taken care of my dog for two years without incident and it’s been great! I can be as flexible as you need me to be. Frequent walks and playtime. Your buddy will get the attention they deserve! I currently do not offer services in my home because my dog does not get along with intact dogs and my apartment is small.
“This was my first time having a dog walker and Solange was amazing. Worked very well with my leasing office and key situation while also doing great with my dog. I will choose Solange next time I need a dog walker!”

“He took great care of my dog and provided daily updates. I was comfortable he was in good hands. His husky mix is adorable and played well with my dog. I booked a 2nd stay.”

“Jada was so sweet with Abbie!! Abbie is not always the easiest dog in the world (pittie mix) but I felt really comfortable knowing she was well taken care of! Jada sent lots of pictures and videos, which I also really appreciated. Would recommend Jada to anyone, she will love on your pup and take good care of them.”

“Ayelet did an amazing job watching our dog, Harry, while we were out of town for a week. He had a great time with Ayelet and her crew. We loved getting photo and video updates each day - it made us so happy to know that Harry was having a wonderful time while we were away! We’ll definitely be reaching out to Ayelet for future stays!”

“Maya always has lots of fun when she stays with Shea and Brandon. She looked happy and well taken care. Shea and Brandon are very responsive and kept sharing regular photos and updates.”

“She was excellent. Very attentive to both dogs and understood their personalities so quickly which is a plus. My senior dog is in charge and an old angry man sometimes and other times he's chill. She understood that right away. My other dog is playful and loves pets and she picked that up right away as well. I have never picked my dogs up before and they were so calm. They really liked her and I will be using her again in the future.”

“I'm a first time seeker for a dog sitter for my boy and found Lauren. She was so accommodating and explained the whole process of how she takes care of the dogs that come to her. She is quick on responses and updates. Homer seemed so happy with her. Her place is a perfect setting for him. We will continue to seek her service in the future whenever she is available and we are out of town.”
“Isabella was fantastic and took such great job of our pup!! We are so thankful he had such a nice place to call home while we were out of town. Super responsive and provided great updates. Would highly recommend!”

“Owen was great with my "little" 126 pound bundle of joy, King. He sent daily updates and photos, which I really appreciated! I will certainly call on Owen to sit King anytime his schedule allows.”

“Kelsey took great care of my dog. She sent tons of updates and pictures, and as a bit of a helicopter dog parent, I loved every one of them. I would absolutely send Birdie to her again and already have booked another weekend. It was incredible finding someone so close that we can trust to watch our dog. Kelsey will be our new go-to for watching Birdie!”
