Elizabeth was great! Her main charge, Babycat was well cared for and didn't seem to notice that I was gone. It was comforting knowing Elizabeth was at the house in my absence as the Baby can get a bit stressed when alone for too long. She also took great care of all the plants inside and outside. I got near daily updates with cute photos. All great!
Excellent service, looked after the dogs brilliantly, took care of the home, great communication and a lovely, friendly and professional dog and home sitter, just what we were hoping for! Our dogs can be a little nervous and wary, but got on really well with Lindsay.
We were very pleased with Jennifer as she cared for our dog, Barley, and our home, while we were out of town. She is very responsible, detailed, caring, and communicative. Barley can be an anxious boy, but he seemed very content with Jennifer’s care. Barley looked very happy and relaxed in the pictures she sent us in her daily communications. On our return home it was obvious that Barley and our home had been well looked after. Big extra kudos go to Jennifer for dealing with a power and internet outage that occurred during a storm on her first day there. Power was restored quickly but the Xfinity internet outage lasted 5 days! Not only did Jennifer have to change her plans with no internet, but she worked with us from afar to troubleshoot with Comcast, coordinate a tech visit, and be here to help the tech on the day we were in the air traveling back. Thank you Jennifer for going above and beyond! We highly recommend Jennifer to care for your pet and home.
Brittany was great! We have two dogs and we were out of the country for 9 nights and Brittany did a wonderful job with our dogs and our house. She was communicative, sent pics, and spent so much quality time with our dogs. She also took great care of our home and it was spotless when we returned :) We will definitely use her again if we take another trip. Highly recommend!
Jessica was absolutely exceptional. Leaving your home and a young kitten in someone else’s care can be stressful, but Jessica made the entire experience effortless from start to finish. She treated our home with incredible respect, keeping everything spotless and exactly as we left it. More importantly, she gave our kitten so much love, attention, and playtime that we never once worried while we were away. She sent thoughtful updates and photos throughout the week, which gave us tremendous peace of mind and made it clear our little one was happy, comfortable, and thriving. It’s obvious that Jessica genuinely loves animals and takes her responsibility seriously. She is dependable, communicative, kind, and went above and beyond in every way. We came home to a happy, well-cared-for kitten and a home that was even tidier than when we left. We would trust Jessica again without hesitation and wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a pet sitter or house sitter. She is truly one of the best, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Five stars isn’t enough!
Micah has done an excellent job of caring for our cat and two dogs during both drop-ins and longer multi-night stays. Micah is communicative, pro-active, and takes great care to leave our home in good shape. Micah also helped us navigate a tricky broken appliance situation when we were out of the country and it was a huge relief to know we had a responsive, responsible sitter to take care of it. Our pets love Micah so we’d gladly book him again!
Stephanie was wonderful sitting for my dog Penny. Penny took to Stephanie immediately after meeting her and remained perfectly comfortable with her for the whole 10 day period I was away. Penny was fed, got her meds, was taken on walks, exactly as I requested. Stephanie took perfect care of my house as well -- I arrived home to a clean house, fresh sheets on the bed, and some homemade banana bread! I hope Stephanie will be available whenever I have to travel. I can't recommend Stephanie highly enough!
Meg was excellent at communicating with me while we were out of town. She sent pictures of the dogs (my favorite) and sent updates. She took care of the house while we were gone and made sure to message us when we got packages. The dogs were well-cared for and happy.
Jade was just a dream. Exceedingly polite, courteous, warm and friendly, and genuinely loves dogs. She and my energetic hound got along beautifully, and I felt safe and assured that Puck was being cared for. She communicated frequently, sent lots of pics, and left the house neat and clean, even changing the bedding. She's already booked for two more visits, so while I hate potentially missing out on her future availability, I highly recommend her!
