I love animals but can’t have pets in my apartment so would appreciate sharing that love with your pet! I have been caring for a variety of pets since 2019, mostly dogs & cats (and the occasional bird!). I have experience with dogs of all sizes (from chihuahuas to Great Danes) and most ages. I have less experience with puppies but lots of experience with senior dogs. I have experience with high energy dogs that need multiple walks a day and dogs that struggle with mobility. I have experience with dogs who require medication. I have experience with cats of all temperaments. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out.

Safety, trust & environment
I care for pets in their home environment according to the standards set by the owners. I am very conscious of varying family rules on things such as furniture and am happy to adhere to those expectations. I prefer to stick to whatever schedule the pet(s) are used to (regular walk times, regular feeding times, etc).
Ratings and reviews
Kiara walked my dog Toby everyday and watched him multiple times while I was away. I would routinely get videos of her coming into my place and getting Toby out of his kennel where he would then proceed to do laps around the room in extreme joy that she had FINALLY come to see him. She was easily his favorite part of the day. When I got my next dog, he was less friendly to Kiara from the outset but she slowly gained his trust. Her patience and calm demeanour made Mac feel safe enough to let his guard down. Now he adores her and comes running when he sees who it is. I truly cannot recommend Kiara enough to watch your pups!
Kiara took care of my two dogs while we were out of town for a long weekend visiting our son and did a wonderful job! She kept us up to date with pictures and took care of our home. She looked after our dogs twice and we would have called her again if she hadn’t moved— but we wish her the best in Atlanta!

Schedule
I have a fairly flexible schedule so am available during the day most days and on weekends. I have been regularly caring for my parents’ elderly Great Dane (11 years old now) since 2020. I am looking forward to spending more time caring for pets.
