Julia can care for
Availability
I am currently available full-time. A day of pet care for me would be having one housesitting booked and a few drop-ins or walks. I would spend my time with the pet I’m housesitting for, when I’m not completing another booking, making sure they’re kept company and all their needs are met.

A typical day
There are lots of fun activities to do with pets, but I know each animal has their own boundaries and limitations. For active pets, I like taking them on walks and playing active games like fetch, especially if their house has a fenced-in backyard. I’m also open to dog parks if the owners are comfortable. For lower energy/senior dogs, I love relaxing with them or taking them for short walks to get some exercise in. I like to adapt to each individual pet’s needs and preferences!

Hardworking animal lover here!
Pet care experience
I’ve had cats and dogs my whole life! Starting when I was in elementary school, I began pet-sitting for friends and neighbors. I cared for my dog, Zoe, for 15 years, before she passed away in 2019. I know how to care for senior animals who might need medication or struggle with sight/hearing or going to the bathroom. I’m accepting of any and all animals! I previously worked at a Doggy Daycare, which helped me gain experience with various dog breeds, sizes, and ages. I also gained invaluable knowledge about dog body language and the best ways to interact with anxious or shy dogs. Through working with Rover, I’ve gained a lot of experience working with cats and have learned to take a unique approach to each cat based off of their personality and temperament. I currently have full-time availability, which allows me to spend plenty of quality time with the pets that I sit. I also love taking lots of cute pictures to send to pet parents! I am open to new clients and can’t wait to build a bond with your pet/pets!
