About: I've taken care of house animals for over a decade, working with all types from small dogs and puppies to my very large white lab Drake and a few different cats! I'm currently babysitting part-time, so I have a very flexible schedule during both weekdays and weekends to check in on and take care of your pets! While caring for pets in others' homes, the first thing I seek to establish is trust. I get it, I'm a new person invading your pet's space and it's scary! That's why I initially take some time to build rapport through playing and petting, and I start with slow, gentle movements. Once they feel more comfortable around me, my focus shifts to making sure they have all of my attention, everything they need (food, water, clean bed, etc.), and keeping the home a safe space for them while you are away!

Meg was excellent at communicating with me while we were out of town. She sent pictures of the dogs (my favorite) and sent updates. She took care of the house while we were gone and made sure to message us when we got packages. The dogs were well-cared for and happy.
Elizabeth exceeded all expectations. I was lucky enough to book her last minute to watch mine and my neighbor’s dog. She asked a ton of questions prior to sitting for us that showed she really understood dogs and really wanted to make sure she stuck to our typical routine. Micah did a fantastic job staying with our pups and cat for the weekend! Micah kept the house spotless, followed all the house rules and care guidelines, and sent many pictures and updates so we knew they were in good hands. During the meet-n-greet, Micah had asked plenty of great questions to be sure on the expectations and so we felt confident in Micah's ability to provide a safe care experience for our pets. We're very happy to have Micah sit for us in future!
Jade was just a dream. Exceedingly polite, courteous, warm and friendly, and genuinely loves dogs. She and my energetic hound got along beautifully, and I felt safe and assured that Puck was being cared for. She communicated frequently, sent lots of pics, and left the house neat and clean, even changing the bedding. She's already booked for two more visits, so while I hate potentially missing out on her future availability, I highly recommend her!
Nate was amazing! He helped us out on very short notice, and we are so grateful we found him. He took excellent care of Stella, kept us updated throughout the stay, and sent lots of cute photos, which gave us great peace of mind while we were away. He was incredibly kind, reliable, and attentive, and it was clear that he genuinely cared about Stella. She seemed very comfortable with him and definitely enjoyed spending time with him. They took care of my 3 large dogs (60, 80 and 95 pounds) for 2 weeks and were fantastic! It rained almost every day, but even when they couldn’t go for walks, they made sure the dogs got outside time and exercise by throwing balls for them on the back patio. They sent lots of gorgeous photos and I could tell that even my high-anxiety dog was completely comfortable and trusting with them when I saw the photo of her laying on her back getting belly rubs. They are such kind, friendly, and reliable people. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.
