I have a fenced-in yard, but I take pets for three structured walks during the day. Since it's summer and hot, I take them on a 1.4-mile walk in the morning and two shorter 10-minute walks at midday and late afternoon.
About: I have had two dogs and one cat: an 11-year-old Bichon Frise, a Chihuahua who passed away at 17, and a cat who is now four and a half years old. I have an unusual amount of patience when it comes to animals, because I grew up in a family that truly loves them. I also have a lot of experience caring for very young pets under two months old, as well as experience being around large dogs. My work schedule is three days in the office and two days remote, so I have plenty of time to do the part time job during the week. When I take care of pets, I focus not only on their physical needs, but also on making sure they feel emotionally cared for. I like to keep a regular routine for them every day, including dedicated playtime and treat time. I also often buy them new toys and talk to them about my day, even though they may not fully understand.
About: I have taken care of and been best friends with cats and dogs all of my life. Nothing brings me more joy than loving and caring for an animal. I have collaborated with animal rescues on many occasions to provide assistance for needy animals and continue to be an advocate for animals. Pet care is something I am active in doing every day, as an owner of four cats. Every day is about feeding, watering, and litter box maintenance, in addition to plenty of love and attention (which is gladly NON-STOP). My number one priority is animal safety and owner-security. The most important thing to me is that your pet is happy and healthy. I am open to any opportunites, I have also taken care of chickens and rabbits. I am very flexible and always try to communicate if there is an issue or I don't know something. I am always free on weekdays but I may have limited availability on the weekends. I always take care of the space I am in and try to leave it cleaner than I found it. And of course the pets are the main focus and the center of attention! I am very good at following written instructions and if I have any questions I will always ask.
