I have had two dogs and one cat: an 11-year-old Bichon Frise, a Chihuahua who passed away at 17, and a cat who is now four and a half years old. I got my first dog when I was 11 years old, and from then on, I spent all of my allowance on my pets’ spay/neuter surgeries, routine checkups, treats, and supplements. I have an unusual amount of patience when it comes to animals, because I grew up in a family that truly loves them. I also have a lot of experience caring for very young pets under two months old, as well as experience being around large dogs.

I honestly can’t say enough good things about Jiayi. From the very beginning, she was kind, reliable, and incredibly patient with my dog. He can be a little anxious and slow to warm up to new people, but she took the time to earn his trust instead of rushing the process, and it made all the difference. She always kept me updated with photos, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. It was obvious she genuinely cared about my dog and wasn’t just checking a box. When I came home, he was happy, well cared for, and comfortable, which says everything. If you’re looking for someone who is dependable, communicative, and truly loves animals, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jiayi. I feel really lucky to have found her, and I’ll definitely be booking with her again.
