About: I have been caring for dogs and cats for the past three years since moving to the United States from South Africa. I first lived in Austin, Texas, where I regularly dog sat, cat sat, and walked dogs for multiple families. I truly love animals and understand how important it is for pet parents to feel comfortable leaving their pets with someone kind, responsible, and trustworthy. What sets me apart is that I care for every pet as if they were my own. I am patient, gentle, attentive, and very aware that every animal has their own personality, routine, and comfort level. I enjoy getting to know each pet individually, whether they need lots of playtime, a calm presence, a structured walk, or extra love while their family is away. I am also very organized and reliable, and I make sure to follow instructions carefully so each pet feels safe, loved, and cared for. I recently moved to Atlanta for my husband’s work, so I currently have a very flexible schedule and am available during the week and on weekends for dog walking, drop-in visits, and pet sitting. Because my schedule is open right now, I am able to offer reliable and attentive care at different times of the day. Once I begin a full-time job, my availability may change to more part-time care, but I will always keep my schedule updated and only accept bookings that I know I can fully commit to. I live in a two-bedroom apartment with access to a dog park, so I can provide a comfortable and pet-friendly environment for dogs in my care. I am happy to care for your dog either in my space or in your home, depending on what works best for you and what helps your dog feel most comfortable. When caring for pets in your home, I always make sure to follow their normal routine and any instructions provided, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, medication if needed, and any house rules. My goal is to make your dog feel safe, loved, and as comfortable as possible while you are away. I will also always provide regular updates and photos so you can feel reassured and connected to your pet.

About: We’ve always been huge animal lovers! I (Jasmine) grew up with two dogs and two cats, and now Chris and I live in Atlanta with our dog, Max. Between us, we have over 8 years of pet sitting experience and have cared for pets with all kinds of personalities and routines. Whether your pet loves long walks, playtime, couch cuddles, or just wants a comfy place to nap, we’re happy to follow their lead and make them feel at home. We also know how hard it can be to leave your pet with someone new, so you can expect plenty of pictures and updates while you’re away. Our goal is simple: lots of love, attention, and a home away from home. We’ll probably get a little too attached by pickup time ❤️ We currently work from home on the days we offer pet care, which means your pets are never left unattended or rushed. Because of this flexibility, time is never an issue. We are able to fully focus on each pet’s needs throughout the day rather than fitting care around a busy schedule. Our day already revolves around our dog Max’s structured walk and care routine, so caring for other pets fits in naturally. This allows for multiple walks, regular potty breaks, playtime, enrichment, feeding on schedule, and plenty of attention. Our home is clean and free of clutter, providing a safe and comfortable space for pets. We have a secure, fenced balcony for fresh air and supervised time, and we share our home with a small Australian Shepherd who is friendly and well cared for. With plenty of space and constant supervision, pets can relax, play, and feel right at home.

About: I have had two dogs and one cat: an 11-year-old Bichon Frise, a Chihuahua who passed away at 17, and a cat who is now four and a half years old. I got my first dog when I was 11 years old, and from then on, I spent all of my allowance on my pets’ spay/neuter surgeries, routine checkups, treats, and supplements. I have an unusual amount of patience when it comes to animals, because I grew up in a family that truly loves them. I also have a lot of experience caring for very young pets under two months old, as well as experience being around large dogs. My work schedule is three days in the office and two days remote, so I have plenty of time to do the part time job during the week. When I take care of pets, I focus not only on their physical needs, but also on making sure they feel emotionally cared for. I like to keep a regular routine for them every day, including dedicated playtime and treat time. I also often buy them new toys and talk to them about my day, even though they may not fully understand.

About: I am a lifelong dog lover with a special place in my heart for pitties and other big, lovable pups! I rescued my soul dog, a pittie named Stoney, in 2021 and was lucky enough to have him for 6 amazing years. Caring for him taught me so much about what it means to be a responsible, attentive, and loving dog owner. Unfortunately, Stoney developed bladder cancer towards the end of his life, which gave me additional experience caring for senior dogs with medical needs. While I'm not ready to bring another dog of my own into my life just yet, I really miss having dogs around, which is a big part of why I joined Rover. I am also taking a step back from my professional career, so I have much more flexibility in my daily schedule. I am comfortable with dogs of all sizes, especially big dogs and bully breeds. I have fostered 3 dogs and taken care of numerous friends' dogs, and I have experience walking dogs who are reactive, pullers, the whole 9 yards. Whether your dog needs a long walk to burn off some energy, a quick potty break or two throughout the day, or someone to keep them company while you're away, I'm happy to meet them where they are. I know every dog has their own personality, routine, quirks, and comfort level, and I will follow whatever instructions help your dog feel the most safe and at home! I'm currently taking a break from my professional career, so I have broad flexibility in my daily/weekly schedule at the moment. I can provide multiple walks per day or multiple check-ins depending on your pet's normal routine. I am also happy to work around your pet's established feeding, walking, and medication schedule. I know how much trust it takes to leave your pet in someone else's care, so I'll always treat your pet and your home with the same care and respect I would want for my own. I am happy to follow your pet's normal routine and any special instructions they may require. Having cared for my own dog through cancer, I am also comfortable providing extra attention to senior dogs or pets with additional care needs. Most importantly, I want your pet to feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you're away!

About: Hello! My name is Sawyer and I Just moved here from Michigan. I just graduated with a degree in Spanish and Psychology, and made the move down south with my boyfriend. I had to leave my Bernedoodle, Poppy, with my parents for the time being, which is heartbreaking for me but is the best for now! I would love the opportunity to help care for you pets as well as get out and about in this new place and be active in the community. Here’s a bit more about myself: I’ve had many dogs in my lifetime, all different breeds and rescues. I love all shapes and sizes and ages. Back in my home state I have a 4 year old Bernedoodle and a 13 year old Lab / German Shepard mix. I’m experienced with all types of energy, whether than is low and slow, or hyper and thrilled to adventure. I have experience giving medicine, minimal training, and comforting anxious pups, as mine is scared of any loud noises. I have dog sat for friends and family many times, and have never had issues of any kind. I believe pets are part of our families and deserve the love they give us in return. I am new to this app and city but if you give me a chance I will do my best to satisfy you and your furry family member! I am currently working part time at the mall, so my schedule is not consistent but my shifts are roughly 4 hours long so I can make most anytime work! I will do my absolute best to keep you pup comfortable and in the routine they know and love. I know new people can be scary but I will do what I can to create a happy time / adventure for them.

About: I’ve grown up with dogs all my life so I’m very comfortable caring for dogs. I love going on walks and would love a furry friend to take with me. I work full-time, but remote 3 days a week. I am available for dog walking and/or drop-in visits around lunch time on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and after 5pm any day during the week. I’m pretty available on the weekends, too. I care for pets by playing with them and giving ample attention. I’m good at listening to their needs when they want to go out, are hungry, or need playtime.
