About: I am a lifelong dog lover with a special place in my heart for pitties and other big, lovable pups! I rescued my soul dog, a pittie named Stoney, in 2021 and was lucky enough to have him for 6 amazing years. Caring for him taught me so much about what it means to be a responsible, attentive, and loving dog owner. Unfortunately, Stoney developed bladder cancer towards the end of his life, which gave me additional experience caring for senior dogs with medical needs. While I'm not ready to bring another dog of my own into my life just yet, I really miss having dogs around, which is a big part of why I joined Rover. I am also taking a step back from my professional career, so I have much more flexibility in my daily schedule. I am comfortable with dogs of all sizes, especially big dogs and bully breeds. I have fostered 3 dogs and taken care of numerous friends' dogs, and I have experience walking dogs who are reactive, pullers, the whole 9 yards. About: As a marine biologist, I love and adore all animals. Ever since I grew up, I have always had family pet(s) -- a dog (Golden Retriever, Shitzu, Lhasa Apso) and cat at the same time. My current cats are rescues Tip and Tiny, domestic black cats age 12, and they would love to interact with kittens or puppies! I have volunteer experience with wildlife, sea life/ aquarium cleaning, and domestic house fur babies. I am comfortable administering medication/cleaning of wounds to pets of all ages. I'm not sure what is worse, scooping poop or picking up poop! I'm happy to do either! Walks near Inman Park, Stn Mtn, or the beltline can be expected with me as your dog walker! Open availability during weekdays and Saturdays. This includes feeding, exercise, and grooming of pets or visiting new green spaces. Treats and medication are normal routine. My pets at home eat prescription brand food and I would care for any other client's pet that needs special care as well. I have volunteered at several animal places before like PetCo, Pelican Harbor Station, and the Marine Mammal Rescue Society so I have a unique skill set in caring for animals.

About: I have had dogs my entire life and don't know what I would do without one! I grew up with poodles, labs and golden retrievers. I now have a Goldendoodle, Fiona, who is the apple of my eye. I got Fiona in early 2020 and trained her myself. I have experience with puppies and senior dogs alike. The poodles I had growing up had special care requirements, so I have experience providing daily medication and watching for certain behaviors. Fiona misses being around other dogs, so we would love the companionship of your fur baby! We would treat your pup like my own and have a blast together! I am lucky to work from home and have a very flexible schedule. I enjoy taking Fiona on daily walks and throwing the ball with her in my neighborhood dog park. Fiona loves people and animals and would enjoy downtime with another fur baby around. I am a bit of a homebody and spend the weekends catching up on shows, reading, and relaxing with Fiona. I take Fiona for long walks and have play time outdoors early in the morning and later in the evening when it has cooled down. I am very cautious of the summer heat as Fiona has thick doodle hair! While I do not have a yard directly out front, my neighborhood has plenty of open fields for walking and a dog park. There is also plenty of playtime in my house!
