About: Pet sitting got us through college and now its helping pay our student loans. We love animals so this is our dream side hustle! We will host your pet with love and kindness while you're away. We have a super sweet German Shepherd and she gets along great with all dogs from Chihuahuas to Pit Bulls and Great Danes. We love cats but we do keep them seperate in a bedroom and lanai so they feel safe and secure. We would love to meet you and your fur baby. I have fallen in love with volunteering at the CAC shelter the past months and want to spend more time with animals 🐾 I grew up with family dogs (yorkie, maltipoo, & husky) but I currently have a mischievous tuxedo cat! I currently work remotely so as long as there’s wifi I’m good to go for weekdays and weekends! I also can take pets out or play during my breaks. Meg was excellent at communicating with me while we were out of town. She sent pictures of the dogs (my favorite) and sent updates. She took care of the house while we were gone and made sure to message us when we got packages. The dogs were well-cared for and happy.
Nina is fantastic! She provided great updates with photos and videos multiple times a day. She also worked with Bentley on his aversion to eating from a bowl. I couldn’t believe the videos showing him with his nose in the bowl and chewing away. She also developed a detailed action plan for me to implement going forward which I so appreciate. I can’t say enough good things about Nina - we are thankful she is in our lives!
AMAZING!!! This was my first Rover experience and I couldn't have been happier. Nancy stayed at our home with our Golden Daisy for a long weekend and was the best companion. Nancy sent pictures every day, went on walks and lots of snuggles. (Not to mention our house looked better than we left it). Can't recommend Nancy enough and she will definitely be watching Daisy again in the future!
This was the first time I’ve had anyone house sit and care for my cat and senior dog. Scar did an incredible job. They followed instructions perfectly, provided detailed updates that reassured me that my pets were well taken care of and being their usual happy selves, and they took great care of my home. Gabi is the best! She has house sit with my 3 dogs each of different breeds and ages twice and will book her again in a heartbeat. Gabi is very easy to communicate with, responsible, responsive and reaches out with any questions. I always love seeing how happy our dogs are to hang with Gabi and content when we get back home. The house is clean when we return and she goes with the flow if things come up.
Meagan stayed with our 1 year-old dog for 5 nights and took great care of her and of our home! I feel very comfortable leaving my dog with Meagan (which makes it much more fun to be away on vacation, feeling relaxed instead of worried)! She also previously stayed (multiple times) with our senior dog with special diet and medication needs and she always took great care of him as well!
LINDA WAS AMAZING. She took great care of my pup! She went extra miles many times while we were away including: noticing my dog was ill, cooking special food for her, taking her to the vet, managing her new drug regimen, cleaning up house stains from her accidents, doing laundry for stains as well.
