Cynthia kept me informed what was going on and sent pictures, however, more detail would have been more appreciated. She seemed conscientious about leaving the house the same as I left it, which was appreciated. She walked the dog regularly (more than she is used to with me), and I'm sure she gave her lots of loving. I appreciate Cynthia's flexibility and concern about doing a good job.

She also did the great job of troubleshooting a medication issue that came up while we were gone. Nurri was amazing with Asa! She cared for him so well they played, cuddled, and she paid close attention to make sure he was comfortable and okay the entire time. She was punctual, professional, and even suggested doing a meet and greet beforehand to make sure Asa felt comfortable, which I really appreciated. As a dog mom, trusting someone with your puppy can honestly be nerve-wracking, but she made the entire experience feel easy and reassuring. The updates she gave were great, and Asa instantly connected with her. I’ll absolutely book with her anytime she’s available so I can get a little break for myself knowing he’s in good hands.
