I have kept dogs in my home for friends and family. Being in another person's home is a big responsibility. I strongly believe in respect for private property and treating another persons possessions better than I would my own. I'm offering to stay in homes of pet owners because I realize pets are calmer in their usual surroundings.

Does the dog have anxiety triggers? (One of my sister's dogs was deeply frightened by thunder.) Is the dog is restricted to feeding at certain times? Is the dog allowed to have treats? How does the dog behave around other animals and children we might encounter on walks?
A typical day
Activities really depend on the dog's age and health. I walk daily so walking your dog doesn't change my daily plan. I plan the day based on your dog's health and energy level. Large dogs need longer walks to release energy. Older dogs may not have the energy or interest for longer walks. Young dogs might get overstimulated in certain situations.

I grew up with 2 dogs, 2 cats, 6 goldfish, and 2 parakeets. I have cared for multiple animals including cats, large dogs, young dogs, and older dogs. I realize all animals have their own personalities and need to be appreciated for their unique differences.

Dale is always consistent in his care of our young 5lb Maltese. I can tell she loves Dale. I leave specific instructions and they are followed perfectly. Dale keeps me updated on anything I need to be aware of. I highly recommend him.

Dale was great staying at my house with my two dogs while I was traveling out of the country. I got daily updates on how my two dogs were doing and it was nice to know someone was at the house with them.
As always, Dale is an exemplary pet and house sitter. He cares for our dog, noting every little thing she does so he can report back to me. He doesn't hesitate to care for anything around our house that we ask of him. We enjoy our interactions with Dale.
