About: I've been around animals for most of my life and genuinely enjoy caring for them. I grew up with a family dog who came into my life when I was 7 years old, and helping care for him gave me years of hands-on experience with feeding, walks, playtime, and daily companionship. I also have about a year of experience caring for cats, including feeding, cleaning litter boxes, and spending time with them to make sure they feel comfortable and cared for while their owners are away. I work a flexible hybrid schedule, so my exact availability shifts day to day, but I'm almost always able to make time for drop-ins, walks, or boarding intakes, even on short notice. I'll confirm timing with you as soon as you reach out so we can find a window that works. The only fixed commitment I have is an evening class on Mondays and Wednesdays, so intakes those nights may need to happen earlier in the day, late that night, or the next morning. Your pet's safety and comfort are my top priorities. I live directly next to a park, providing a convenient and enjoyable place for walks, exercise, and outdoor time. Whether your pet enjoys long walks or simply exploring at their own pace, they'll have easy access to a great environment. When caring for your pet, I'll be home the entire time to provide plenty of attention, supervision, and companionship. I know every pet has their own routine, so I'll do my best to follow your instructions closely to help them feel comfortable and secure. About: It’s corny, but I’m like the animal whisperer. They gravitate towards me. I have 3 of my own pets at home, so I tend to their needs on a daily. I believe it’s important to exude good vibes towards the fur babies and not fear. Give love, and you’ll get love back. Brushing, belly rubs, and massages are my kids’ favorite. I’ve administered oral medicine to my cats and dog. Most people say it’s hard to train cats because of their nature, but that came naturally between myself and my friendly felines. I care for my own 2 cats and a dog every day. They get plenty of time to exercise, eat, and get cuddles. I’m an online student, and I work part-time. I always have time for my babies. They like to help me out with homework & make sure that I take a break. I’ll keep an eye out for your fur kid and give them lots of love and care. If needed, I can give them food and water, according to your instructions. I’ll treat them like my own. Plenty of pictures and videos of your fur baby will be sent your way, when they are in my care.

Viva was amazing with my little Otis! I was out of the country and she sent me pictures everyday to let me know he was doing well and let me have my peace of mind knowing that he was happy and being loved while I was gone. She also washed the sheets and towels so everything was nice when I got home. 100% will be booking with Viva again. Could not have had a better experience :)
Andrea is exceptionally professional, and she was very clear and communicative throughout the booking process and stay. We appreciated all the check-ins, pictures of June (especially the great action shots of her zoomies!), and all the time Andrea spent outside with June, letting her get excercise and enjoy the sun. We came home to a very relaxed and happy dog!
I just got back from my trip and once I catch up I want to leave a more detailed review BUT for now I have to say Joyce is absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond. My two wild dogs, my plants, my house, everything is happy! I don’t even know how to say it all. But she is an angel!
