Toby was fantastic with Pippy and Simba! He was incredibly flexible with our plans, including a last-minute change. He clearly has a great way with dogs—both pups were very comfortable with him, and Pippy, who has lots of energy, came home happy, relaxed, and calm. He walked them regularly, kept us updated with great photos, and took wonderful care of them throughout the stay. Toby is friendly, reliable, and clearly loves dogs. He has that calm, positive energy that dogs seem to immediately feel comfortable with. We’ll definitely book with him again!
Viva was amazing with my little Otis! I was out of the country and she sent me pictures everyday to let me know he was doing well and let me have my peace of mind knowing that he was happy and being loved while I was gone. She also washed the sheets and towels so everything was nice when I got home. 100% will be booking with Viva again. Could not have had a better experience :)
