About: I'm that girl who gets birthday cards from her friends with pictures of adorable animals on them every year :) The one who gets called when a furbaby needs a home or a place to stay for a while. I've been caring for pets since I was a child, and loved them for as long as I can remember! Aside from having dogs and cats of my own over the years, I have fostered over a dozen of them, rescued numerous stray or lost cats and dogs, and cared for many of my friends' pets. I've cared for pets with a variety of medical conditions including heart disease, epilepsy, Cushings, kidney disease, pulmonary hypertension, chronic bronchitis, chronic IBS, skin conditions, and allergies. I have the skills and experience to understand how to care for pets in less than optimal health, and I think it's important to always be in tune with the signs and behaviors an animal exhibits in order to make proactive decisions and look out for them. They can't speak for themselves, but there is a lot they do communicate to us, and it's our responsibility to pay attention. I treat every pet in my care as though it were my own. I'll be home for the upcoming holidays and would love to take care of your sweet baby while you travel, or if you're simply busy taking care of festivities :) Can't wait to meet you and your fur baby! I currently have two very sweet and docile cats, who will be kept separate from any other cats in my care through Rover. For dog bookings, I am only able to accept dogs who have a known history of being friendly and gentle with cats. I work from home and have a flexible schedule. I am available for repeat visits. If you have a snuggly baby, my work allows me to give them love throughout the day. Mine are usually on my lap or right next to me, so yours is welcome to do the same! I sincerely care for you furbaby as if they were my own. Cats will have their own designated area in the home, with plenty of toys, climbing and scratching posts, and they will be able to spend time on my screened in patio each day they're here. I have a large fenced in yard for your dog to run around, as well as a screened in patio. My house is very pet friendly indoors as well, and I am happy to give all the snuggles as I work during the day.

About: I’ve always been good with pets since I was a child. I have helped with training puppies on learning basic commands and potty training as well. I love playing with puppies and dogs they, just always warm the soul! I work evenings into the night so some weekdays I would like to have a chance to offer so playtime, walking or feedings while you’re out at work, running errands or out of town. Eventually would like to build my way up to boarding so would appreciate building a trust with the pets in my care. I live in an apartment so I cannot provide outside fencing but there are plenty parks near where I can take your dog outside for needed exercise and play time. I also don’t mind doing house visits if you’re more comfortable with your pets being home in their own environment.

I live in a pet-friendly apartment community with plenty of green spaces, walking paths, sidewalks, and a small dog park where pups can safely get exercise and enjoy some outdoor time. My apartment is a calm, clean, and pet-friendly environment where dogs can feel comfortable and relaxed. I make sure pets have a safe space to settle in, with plenty of supervision, attention, and affection throughout the day. I keep my home free of hazards, maintain a consistent routine, and provide a comfortable environment where pets can feel secure and cared for. Daouda did an amazing job caring for our 2 cats while we were out of town! One cat was in a cone while we were gone after having some surgery and the other is on several pills and liquid medication, so caring for them wasn’t the easiest, but Daouda had no problems handling all of it. One of our cats can also be super shy but warmed up to him right away, and both looked very happy in all the photos we received. Even more telling was how relaxed and happy the cats were when we got home. Normally they are very clingy after we’ve been gone and have some residual separation anxiety, but they didn’t have any after this trip. Daouda also brought in an extremely large and heavy package that arrived for us while we were gone so we didn’t have to worry about it sitting outside until we got back, and that was super helpful. We are looking forward to booking him again and recommend him to anyone else looking for a pet sitter!

We had such a great experience with her! Our puppy is usually very wary of new people, but he immediately warmed up to her. She took him for a walk, played with him, and took such great care of him. We’re happy with how everything went and will definitely be booking with her again!

Benjamin was absolutely wonderful with Blu and Puddin! From the very first message he was communicative, professional, and genuinely caring. It's not easy finding someone you can trust with a high-energy Husky AND a 13-year-old teacup Yorkie, but Ben handled both of them with ease. He followed all of our care instructions perfectly and gave us total peace of mind while we were away. Puddin can be a delicate little lady and Blu keeps you on your toes, but Ben took it all in stride. We came home to two happy, well cared for pups and that says everything. We will definitely be booking with Ben again; highly recommend! 🐾
I had such a great experience with my dog sitter! She did drop-in visits for both of my dogs and handled them so well. From the start, she was incredibly sweet and professional. We did a meet and greet beforehand, which gave her the chance to connect with my dogs and make sure it was a good fit—and it definitely was. While I was away, she kept me at ease with consistent communication, updates, and lots of pictures. It really reassured me that my dogs were happy and well taken care of. sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
