Wonderful as always!
Unfortunately, I was disappointed with my experience with Sitong. I chose him because he said he provided one-on-one care and worked from home full-time, but that didn’t seem to be the case. My dog is a senior and has special needs and a very sensitive GI system, and I gave very clear instructions beforehand. Communication was also limited, and I usually had to reach out for updates. He did take her to the vet and ER when she got really sick, which I appreciated. However, he allowed her to get into the trash causing her to have severe bloody diarrhea for days. One episode even contained what appeared to be a chicken-bone-like item. I had specifically warned him about her sensitive stomach, so this was very concerning. I ultimately had to ask my friends to pick her up three days early because I no longer felt comfortable having her stay there. When they picked her up, they told us she had been left to sleep in her own filth, which was honestly heartbreaking and very upsetting to hear. I wouldn’t book him again and don’t recommend him to dogs with special or medical needs.
Sitong and his wife watched our dog over the Labor Day weekend. They were easy to schedule a meet and greet with and sent pictures a couple of times per day while we were away.

Schedule
I walk the dog at least 3-4 times a day. Each walk is 15-30 minuts depends on the dog's energy level. I fully understand the customers' need and concerns, as I sometimes need other sitters to take care of my cat.

I have a female cat who is usually very quite and shy. My balcony is fenced and my community has large grassed sidewalk and a dog park for dogs who love daily walks and play.

A typical day
I play with the cat and dog using their favorite toys and reward them with a treat. I walk the dog 3-4 times a day to ensure they get the daily exercise done.
