This is my second time working with Asma and I love working with her. She is very responsive and on time to the check ins. She plays with my cat everyday and my cat seems to really enjoy her! She leaves great notes about my cat each day and sends a bunch of pictures. Will absolutely be working with her more in the future.
Julie is AWESOME! Communicates well, follows directions - I even thought I was giving her too much info, but she took everything I said and realized I was just being thorough since this was our first time using this type of service. We have a cat that is scared of strangers and I explained that to Julie before we left. And, bless Julie for trying to "put eyes on her" as she said with every visit. That meant a lot even though our cat hid under the couch everytime Julie visited. I would recommend Rover and for sure, Julie!
Manuela was an angel, she took great care of my two cats.. botj were very shy but she was very patient with them. She needed to administer medication to one of them ,, the toughest of the 2 and she was able to chase her all around to give her meds. Will definitely use her services again
