Michelle was great with my cat, Scottie. Since I booked her pretty close to the scheduled visits, we only had time for a meet and greet by phone, but things went great regardless. She was very attentive to my (many) instructions and got along well with Scottie. I would definitely hire Michelle again!
We always have one less stress during a trip when Meagan is able to check in on our cats. She takes outstanding care of them, provides great photos and updates, and was nice enough to take our trash out on her last visit prior to our return, so our apartment didn't smell like empty cat food tins. We have a older kitty whose been abandoned twice by previous owners. He's never let either of us out of his sight for more then a few minutes, and we've never left him home alone for more then a few hours, and always taken him with on our trips. But this past weekend we had an important trip that we could not take him with! So I came to Rover looking for someone close by who could help us out. Lo and Behold, I discovered Tara who just happens to live in the same apartment complex as us and she LOVES cats! She came to meet ours, and he connected with her almost immediately so we hired her to come visit him while we were on our trip. We could tell from the pictures she sent us, that he was VERY happy to see her with each visit she gave him, and it certainly gave us some peace of mind knowing he was being well cared for by such a wonderful person! Madison is a certified cat lover! You can tell in the care and excellent service she provides. She offered detailed updates of each visit including pictures of food and bathroom habits. Communication was a little tricky at times. Overall, I am very pleased with how well my 2 babies were cared for thanks to Madison! I would certainly recommend her cat care expertise to anyone.
Trish was great with Rio and Luna! She followed all of our instructions carefully, always checked in on time, and sent us pictures after every visit.
