Currently, I do dog walking, training, behavior consulting, and petsitting full time. Because I build my own schedule, I have plenty of flexibility and time during the day to pay attention to pets and their needs. I have some availability every day with notice. I have a very adaptable schedule and attitude— I know that things come up, so I’m always understanding about last minute shifts, changes, and requests.

My name is Laurel and I have been caring for dogs and cats my entire life, but professionally for 14 years (dog walking was my first job, at 13 years old 😊). I have volunteered at animal shelters in multiple states, and taken Dog Behavior courses through the ASU Psychology department and canine behavior lab in addition to my status as an accredited GoodPup Certified Trainer. I am experienced in basic medical care and training techniques and can even teach your cat a few tricks! My cat, Tito, has a whole routine he loves to show off. Animal care is my full-time job and I do not work remotely, but I have a flexible schedule and can usually accommodate animals in need of more frequent care.
