About: Hi :) I am an animal lover and excited to care for your fur baby! I’ve had dogs and cats my whole life, growing up with a Miniature Schnauzer and a calico cat. I currently have a cat of my own, and my family has a Giant Schnauzer and Great Dane, so I’m comfortable with large dogs. I’ve also cared for dogs and cats for neighbors and family friends and am an experienced cat foster. I have experience caring for animals with special needs, including blind animals and a three-legged Bullmastiff. One of the cats I fostered had an amputated leg, and I was responsible for giving her oral medications and helping with her recovery. Madison was so beyond amazing! Having never used a pet sitter/pet sitting service before I had no idea what to expect. I have a diabetic cat who is my whole heart and I was able to actually relax while out of town knowing she was taking such good care of him (as well as my other fur baby) and able to give him his insulin. Will without a doubt be rebooking her in the very near future!
I was absolutely blown away by Traci and the experience she provided. Before I ever even paid her, she came by early before I went out of town to meet the dogs. She was so kind, thoughtful and meticulous about caring for them. She went out of her way at every opportunity to provide my dogs with comfort and love. She cleaned up one of my poms after a poop break, she hand fed the other who was too nervous to eat her food the first night, and she sent the best pictures/videos/updates on the dogs. It really helped me while I had to be away from them. 13/10 experience and would never want to book anyone else but her.
Erin was so great with Fig and Olive! She kept us updated, took such good care of the girls and even checked in on them to make sure they were okay when a thunderstorm rolled through. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing they were well cared for while we were away.

Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
