Courtney was very reliable and sweet to our little guy. He was super shy but Courtney crawled under the bed and got us a picture of his little face which made us so happy while we were gone. Brian watched our cat, Ludo and he was phenomenal! I’m usually able to tell if someone is good with cats, and pretty much immediately knew that Brian was going to be a great fit based on his demeanor and behaviors towards Ludo. Additionally, he always showed up on time, thoroughly followed instructions, and sent great updates. It was clear that Ludo felt calm and happy in Brian’s presence. We returned to a clean house and the happiest cat! Brian also had some great recommendations for us regarding litter and water fountains. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
