“Ben is not only a lovely human, but also the best sitter for my cat, Nya! Ben went above and beyond to leave detailed report cards on how Nya was doing, which helped me know she was in trusted company. His overall communication was amazing too, including messaging me if he had to shift his visit time by 30 mins or asking how many treats my cat was allowed to have. I loved that he left a surprise treat in Nya's food bowl too! He provided plenty of photos, which was very appreciated as I missed Nya! It was my first time using Rover, and I am so glad I got to work with Ben! I will certainly be using him in the future.”
