Hello! ** NOTE: I’ve recently relocated from Avondale Estates to Ormewood Park** I am an experienced pet sitter in caring for dogs (of varying sizes and stages of life), cats, snakes, birds, and geckos overnight. As your pet sitter, I take extra care in following your instructions so that the transition for your pet(s) is as smooth, and safe, as possible. This includes being consistent with any established commands/cues and routines, particularly for dogs. I also have experience administering medicine (oral caplets and fluids, as well as subcutaneous fluids). I understand that in addition to feeding, going for walks, and meeting other basic needs, providing a furbaby lots of love and pets is an important part of the job, and I’m here to give those things! I enjoy jogging and would love to take a dog with me if they do, too! If I am staying at your house, I am happy to help with other needs you may have while away, such as watering plants, changing out bird feeders, among others. I take care in monitoring my environment while on walks with dogs. I have experience walking reactive dogs and will be particularly mindful while out with them. For any first time boarding requests, I strongly prefer to do an initial meet-and-greet to make sure our pets are a good fit.

Meredith was the BEST sitter we could have asked for! She communicated with us throughout Snoop’s stay and was always very responsive. She truly went above and beyond—even washing Snoop’s clothes and diapers before we arrived to pick him up. That was such a thoughtful touch and meant so much to us. Snoop is a senior dog, so leaving him with someone we trust is especially important to us. He usually runs straight to us and is ready to get back home, but this time it was completely different. When we got in the car to leave, he rested his head on my shoulder and looked back through the window at Meredith’s house. 🥹 That told us everything we needed to know about how comfortable and happy he was there. We feel so lucky to have found Meredith and would absolutely book with her again. If we travel out of town again, there’s no question that Snoop will be staying with her!
Meredith is great! Very easy to communicate with and detailed in her reports, plus she gives Boots nice walks and pets!
Meredith was 10/10. Not only she did do a fantastic job checking in and feeding my dog for three days, she even came by a week before to meet my dog to meet my dog! I also loved her reports cards. They were highly detailed and so sweet. I would use Meredith again.
Great, professional communication and updates throughout. I was only in town for a couple days and felt fully comfortable leaving my dog with Meredith.
As always, Meredith took excellent care of our pups while we were away 🐺🐶❤️
Meredith is wonderful. She’s a songiid with the fur babies. Very thorough and great to communicate! Highly recommend.

Schedule
I work full-time, although largely from home, so I will be present with your pet for most of the time during the week (my current “in office days” are Tuesdays and Wednesdays). I go on walks often, so your dog will naturally fit into my routine!

Safety, trust & environment
My home is generally quiet, therefore your pet won’t experience much auditory stimulation that could be distressing (other than an occasional storm). There is active construction across the street at this time, although it has largely transitioned over to interior projects. I will be very mindful to “pet proof” each time I leave them. I will separate fur kiddos as needed, especially when I am not able to supervise them.
Pets
A typical day
I will take your dog(s) for long walks (unless shorter ones are requested) and I will offer them treats to reinforce your commands/cues with them! I have many fetch balls readily available for some backyard fun, too. All toys in the household are welcome to any guests and our dogs are good with sharing them! We also have puzzles for any pups needing a bit more activity time.
