About: I don’t ever remember a point in my life where I didn’t have an animal in my household to take care of. From multiple dogs, to multiple cat, guinea pigs, and gerbils! I have been trusted with pet sitting for friends and family since I was strong enough to handle a pulling dog on a leash. I have experience in training younger dogs and cats, and also providing special care for senior pets. I also have a sister who’s a veterinarian! So I definitely have a lot of information at my disposal ;) I am currently a full-time student working hard on my senior capstone! I have 6 classes each week Monday-Thursday that are 2.5 hours in duration. My class schedule changes every quarter year so reach out and I’ll let you know what times I’m available! Despite my work load, I will make sure I have time to watch over your baby and provide adequate care and attention :) While caring for a client’s pet, I usually familiarize myself with the home and what a typical routine is for the animal within the home. I am very careful when spending time in a clients home. I will make sure certain hazards are out of reach from their pet and everything stays how it was when I got there. I currently live in an apartment with one roommate, who also loves both dogs and cats. My apartment is pet friendly and they provide a fenced dog park and a standard park is currently being built and close to completion adjacent to my apartment building. I am also a 15 minute walk from piedmont!

“I had to request Julia only a couple of days before my trip and was happy that she was flexible to have a meet and greet with our cat the next day. Julia was great with him. This was our first time leaving him but she made sure I felt comfortable. She sent great updates on how he was doing and also sent really great pictures (two of them are my fav pics of him now). I am more at ease now if we will go on another trip because I know if we leave our cat with her, he will be in great hands.”

About: I’ve been around dogs and caring for them since I was 10. I have experience with small to large dogs and dogs of any age. I also have experience with giving medication if needed or accommodating to any of your baby’s needs. I am also extremely flexible and will gladly take your dog to a park to release some energy or chill on the sofa! I have short classes about once or twice a day, so I won’t be out of the house for more than 2 hours at a time. I do not have other pets in the home. I have roommates who are both extremely comfortable around dogs, but they will mostly stay around me. I do not have carpeted floors so cleaning up is easier if needed.
